To be precise I had a very good experience buying the product from Bikester Global.
Initially the product (Riding Gear) which I had ordered was different from what I received. But the officials of Global Bikester made the process of replacement of product very smooth and tension free.
There was proper response from Global Bikester from time to time about the updates on when the product would be replaced that too with no extra cost to the customer.
I had a wonderful buying experience.

The return/refund policy is very bad. I had to pay 700 return shipping the jacket at my own cost.

Placed an order on 24th May which was eventually cancelled, they haven't provided me with a refund till date, very bad experience. Also I needed to return a product and had to pay for shipping of both sides? When you're sending a product claiming free delivery and a customer needs to return something the worst they could do is ask for shipping charges to send the product. These greedy people have gone one step ahead and charge flat 400 rupees claiming logistics fee for sending the product as well which was supposedly delivered for free. Straight up malpractice and unethical, to some degree illegal. Will never be buying anything from them ever
Edit 1 after reading all the reviews I'm certain that fake their good reviews as there are a ton of 1 star very poor reviews.
Edit 2 Apologies after 1 star reviews are usually pushed and not accepted, neither appreciated. I have already shared the order number on the same number but haven't gotten any reply
Edit 3: Received refund for 2 orders bitthey have charged me ₹1769 as gok knows what fees even though they said in their email they'll be charging ₹400 as restockinhlg fees. There is no transparency regarding this and I'm on the verge of taking legal action against this incompetent and shady retailer. Avoid purchasing from them at all costs. This amount is exclusive of shipping that I had to pay out of my pocket to send the item back to them. Really pathetic state of affairs

I've received rupees ₹4527 back in my UPI and ₹9651 is being adjusted which makes a total of ₹14178 while I paid ₹15947 for the 2 orders in total. They were supposed to deduce 400 rupees for 1 order 800 in total but they have charged me rupees 1769
Edit 5: Finally after go round and round in circles for many weeks they have managed to initiate a refund stating that ₹270 would be deducted from the order that I sent back(shipping was paid by me) Still waiting on the refund, will update as soon as I get it. Also the customer care team asked me to takedown the review which I declined and I told them I'd be able to add a new PS edit only.
Edit 6: On the call the executive said I'll only be charged return charges for the viaterra that I shipped back to them on my pwn expense. Total refund received is approx ₹560 after all this hassle. The worst retailer of motorcycle accessories.

Honestly had a very bad experience of shopping with them!! They don't care much about customers who shop with them online, they don't answer calls or reply to messages, when there is a delay to ship the product they failed to inform or update me on the same. It's zero communication from their side. Infact I had to run behind them many times just to ask about status of my order, they don't apologize for the mistakes they've made & very poor customer service support, Unprofessional, Weren't helpful at all
I got cheated by this company many times, they also send wrong product intentionally and the worst part is they don't reply or care much. I have made mistake ordering online from them, do not waste yr precious money & time

Extremely bad 👎 experience because I ordered a rynox tornado 4 pro riding jacket ,by mistake I ordered m size but my size is L . I returned the jacket by myself at the cost of 680 approx. The product was delivered 21 jun to the store but today is 1st jun .Except Sunday Saturday I called everyday even today I called twice but they give me some fake promises.....after delivered the product to them , I have been waiting 10 days from 21 jun to 1 July but no response no refund ,no coupn code....only fake promises. Lastly they called that they should refund and take time to 3 July. Let's see what's going on ...🙏

I would have given MINUS FIVE STARS if possible. Complete FRADULENT people associated with the business.
1. Firstly they would speak with you in ENGLISH so as to effect your confidence and prove you that they are superior.
2. They would use polished vocabulary like OUR ONLINE TEAM, OFFLINE TEAM, OUR POLICIES, OUR THIS , That etc to show you that they run a MULTI MILLION DOLLAR Business.
3. They are so busy that they NEVER EVER receive the call at their helpline.
4. Bikester Globar sent me a DEFECTIVE, BROKEN , SOILED and USED AXOR RETRO JET HELMET and then they started enquiring me that whether I am trying to CHEAT Them or not! Just IMAGINE the Audacity.
They asked me to PROVIDE VIDEO OF RECEIVING AND UNBOXING the HELMET.
5. When I asked them why didnt they mention on their Website the terms and conditions regarding Video recording etc they had no answers.
6. When the Customer service guy failed to put the BLAME one me as I PROVIDED INSTANT PICTURES AND VIDEOS of the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT with ALL TAGS AND STICKERS INTACT he swallowed the sour pill and agreed for REFUND AND RETURN.
7. After messaging and Mailing them numerous times along with all the pictures and videos, which they COMPLETELY IGNORED, the PICKUP WAS DONE 20 DAYS LATER.
8. After PICKUP they again started ignoring my calls and messages and when I threatened them for LEGAL ACTION again ANOTHER 20-25 days later I got my money Refund.
9. MORAL : IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DUPED, CHEATED AND ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY, NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THIS FILTHY BIKESTER GLOBAL.
