I was able to schedule a same day consult with Bill. The woman wo did intake was very kind and through. Bill himself, was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and honest! After discussing my case in great detail, he determine it wouldn't be financially beneficial for me to hire him. He was happy to work with me if that is what I wanted but ultimately it would have cost me more than I would gain by hiring him. You can't beat honesty like that! At no point in our conversation did I feel rushed, which is a bonus for a free consultation. He was not watching the clock, but instead was more interested in making sure I had all of the answers I needed. I highly recommend working with Bill. My husband and I will be using him for will, trust and estate planning!

I wanted an attorney who would be there to assist my son in handling my estate after my passing. After discussing my needs, I definitely got the feeling that Bill Ramos would meet those needs.

It was a pleasure working with Bill and Carlyn to complete our estate planning: revocable living trust, pour-over will, children's trust, etc. First, filling out the questionnaire on their site was quite easy; you can work at your pace and it will save until you come back. Second, the Zoom meeting for questions and clarifications was convenient and helpful; they also responded quickly to follow-up questions I sent via email. They have auto reminders (for each step in the process) that I appreciated receiving. Third, our in-person signing ceremony was quick and efficient. Finally, they are two of the nicest business folks I've met. My husband and I have been trying to get this done for several years. I'm glad I finally found Bill Ramos online...but he was also a referral from a friend. The entire process was seamless and we know that our estate planning is in good hands!!

Bill and Carlyn were amazing to work with in our time of need. They rearranged their schedules multiple times to make things work.
