Edit: as of now, i'm changing my review to 1 star as the owner is absolutely unprofessional, just like his service has become. After numerous emails and a text message to him due to no communication as to why my service wasn't done he responds that he canceled my service because i'm not satisfied with him. What i'm not satisfied with, is the lack of professionalism and the lack of showing up for scheduled services. The owner finds a perfectly fine to not show up with no communication, but let someone not pay him on time Service has become trash in the last year or so. End of 2023 they missed my last service with no communication. Decided to keep them for 2024 and they have missed numerous services, they changed the day of service and still don't show up. There is constantly excuses once the customer has to go out of their way to get communication out of this company. My suspicion is just like last year my last yearly service conveniently got skipped again like last year

The response time is very slow to resolve issues. There’s been a number of services that were supposed to occur and they never showed up. The day of service got off from my garbage pick up date and I tried resolving that without any success, even after they said it would be fixed. Overall, the level of service has significantly dropped in the last year and I would not recommend this company.

We love BinRefresh! Getting signed up was really easy. Communication is great—always get text message reminders when they are expected to stop by, which is really handy. And of course the service itself is great! Always makes the bin smell better, especially in the warm summer months. Highly recommend!

I really looked into this company, and I wanted to try them. However, when I needed to use them, I was so disappointed. I messaged them, and they said they couldn't come that week or the next. I sent them my number to call or text, and they never responded.

I used bin fresh and enjoyed their services, they came one week a month cleaned my bin and left bin by my garage door up my driveway bin is cleaned and smelling great. Yes you can clean it yourself but not as well as them I believe .. their price is great if you pay all weeks up front.. worth it… I will continue to use them.

BinRefresh arrived as scheduled. Our trash bin was cleaned and freshened, then brought up to our garage door. We've been very pleased with the service we've gotten from BinRefresh.
