Called them out as my pool heater was playing up, was advised the sand filter was the problem so I replaced it all and still the problem remained, came out again and serviced the heater, which was not a fix as required, charged £300 and the heater has still not been fixed and no diagnosis either, sadly this is no help.

Received a quote via email , only for them to contact me the next day to say it would be £400 more !!!!

We've never been to a shop and been totally ignored until now - not so much as a hello or can I help you? We were in the shop for a good 15 minutes looking at all the fires and surrounds and the guy just sat behind the counter and didn't speak a word. When we left there he locked the door behind us! The outside is a mess, the inside is muddled and customer service is non-existent. Thank you for your "Exclusive" experience!

Last year i bought a fire and BJS Fireplaces in Swindon came all the way to Bristol to install it, they were clean efficient and professional at all times and one of the best value for money to do the installation. i would always recommend Biag and his team. thanks again its amazing.
