Dr. Riskevich was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff at the office was courteous and wait times were noticeably shorter than other offices I have visited.

This is the most atrocious experience I have ever had in a medical office!!! Would not recommend it to anyone who cherishes their time and dignity. I have years of experience working in the medical field and I was shocked and appalled at the treatment and carelessness of the patients in this office. Upon arrival I was greeted with disdain and attitude by the front desk staff. I excused this behavior because the doctor was recommended to me, however, after sitting in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment time I inquired about my availability to see the practitioner as I explained that I have taken time off work to have this appointment and would like to reschedule if the wait time is long. I was vulgarly told to sit and wait. Another hour later, I requested to speak to the office manager. The office manager did not come out to address my concern. I do not typically write negative reviews, however, my attempts to make the provider and manager aware of my experience were unsuccessful. Please save yourself time and avoid unnecessary stress, stay away from this place.

Dr. Riskevish is the best dr on his field( pain management) . He is all about his patients, he listen and talk to you In a very caring & clear way so you can understand the problem. He goes the extra mile and help you every way he can. Very knowledgeable and smart. His office is always busy because he has tons of patients , however you don't wait to long because a lot of pp go for treatments & therapy. His office is very clean and organized in every way. I have seen him for over 20yrs & wherever he goes I go. If you have sciatica, pull muscle ,tear muscle, back pain, knee pain ,whatever it is , go see him ,you won't regret it. By the way, when you arrive at building take elevator to third floor.

In June 2019 I had pain in my knee, Dr. Riskevich gave me that long needle. I feel better the next day I was able to go to Maryland to the Jazz Festival. It's now 2022 i fall down Mta stairs i have inflammation. today i called an appointment for my left knee and Rude Receptionist by name of OLGA and Ana. I informed her I was there since June 2019. She ask me for her my name and spell each letter out she going to inform that I wasn't at this location. I know where i been. it was a nice receptionist at the desk in 2019. I don't understand the rudeness when dealing with patients. I had to fax her over my health benefit card and my dob. I wrote on the fax and inform by mouth what I want from the doctor she had the audacity to ask me again for the information and then she gives me an appointment way in the later part of May 23, 2022 at 11:30am she did this intention. she needs to be terminate reading the reviews. i had take off two stars for the rude receptionist

Dr. Reskevich is a Human before he is a doctor , he showed sympathy to my pain and treaded me like a human been. I pain dealing with so many pain management doctors for more than 15 yrs , they were all nothing but money hungry. Great place with great staff , main pain was eased once I received the right treatment by Dr. Riskevich. I also would like to thank the front disk young gentleman Larry . wonderful place. Thanks to all staff

I made an appointment last week for some lower back pain and was treated by the doctor personally. It was extremely professional and would recommend to all.
