Exceptional staff to help me get my Penske rental all squared away. They were prepared for our arrival and had all the paperwork finished. They were very accommodating to our needs. I haven’t had very many dealings with moving trucks but this was the smooth experience by far.

Just spent yesterday afternoon in my storage unit! Changing out my wardrobe and dropping of ski gear! It’s so nice to finally have storage where it’s a pleasure to go. Because of modStorage’s, informative staff, their app technology for entry and super clean facility I’ve been able to actually feel comfortable storing my art, heirlooms, furs, and other valuables. Makes me happy to know they are safe at modSTORAGE! Not too mention it being super clean is just THE BEST!

This is the best storage company to rent from and I’ve rented from a few. The office and property are clean and welcoming. The access to the property and the storage door is on a high-tech Bluetooth app which, to me, provides a lot more security but there’s still the friendly human access to real people who will answer the phone or help you if you need it.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt compelled too in this case. The staff were all very courteous and professional. These days it usually feels like customer service is a thing of the past. As soon as I walked into modSTORAGE I was welcomed by the staff who quickly answered my questions and address my concerns. The facility was clean and most of all very secure. This is easily the best storage unit I have ever used. Thank you modSTORAGE!
