We engaged Blue Avenue Entertainment for a performer for our wedding. We were looking for artist that could both perform live and also DJ and we were not disappointed with our options. Anthony worked with us to find the perfect performer for us in Demi, who was beyond amazing and went as far as to secretly learn a song for me to surprise my partner with on our big day. Both Anthony’s professionalism and Demi’s talent were beyond what we could have asked for it.

We worked with Anthony to secure a band for our wedding and the process was seamless. Anthony was very professional and prompt with emails, and the band Red Alert was everything we hoped it would be and more! Two of the band members also played for the ceremony and pre-reception drinks as an acoustic duo. Super happy with the result!

We used this service for our wedding and hired masterblasters and Jace.
They were absolutely fantastic on the day, surpassing our expectations and delivering a brilliant performance throughout the entire day. They along with Anthony were a calm and helpful presence from the get go.

Soul City were the entertainment at our work event and they were incredible! The dancefloor was full and the selection of songs were a hit with everyone. We will definitely book them again next year!

Working with Anthony was an absolute breeze. We were privileged enough to have House of Soul play for our wedding and they were beyond fantastic. Ricky, Carla and the band had everyone dancing, engaged and in awe of their talent. Not only are they talented but they are beautiful people. From the moment we got in contact with Anthony we knew we had made a great decision. He had everything under control and was liaising with the venue to ensure a perfect night. We couldn’t recommend enough. We are thinking of the next event we can quickly organise just to do it all again!

My partner and I booked Downtime band for our wedding through Blue Avenue Entertainment in March this year and were absolutely thrilled with them. Anthony (the manager) was very accommodating, friendly and professional, and a very efficient communicator which made the booking process very stress-free which we were so grateful for during our wedding planning! The band were absolutely incredible - really gifted at what they do and they really understood the vibe we were going for - the set list they put together was perfect. So many of our guests gave us feedback on how fantastic the band was, and everyone was up and dancing which really made our night. I’m so glad we decided to book with them and highly recommend them!

We booked a band via Blue Avenue Entertainment for our wedding. I am so glad that we did! Anthony (the manager) was great. He was very organised and easy to communicate with. When the band we had booked cancelled 8 weeks out from the wedding, Anthony very swiftly found a replacement band that were even better than the original! OMG what a treat it was to have Downtime at a recent wedding I was photographing! Their music was the perfect addition to the reception :)
The band members are incredibly talented! They were a hit with the guests and I loved capturing the joy and energy they were giving off. They were also super friendly and easy to work with, making my job as a photographer a breeze!
I highly recommend these guys for any events :)

Anthony was an absolute delight to work with. When we were looking for a band for our wedding, he recommended the trading eights and after a quick listen to the song list we knew it was the right fit. Once the decision was made the process was easy, communication was really clear and any questions were addressed promptly. The night went off without a hitch, and everyone had an absolute blast. Absolutely would recommend, and will be using the next time we need a band.
