My experience with Boca Bargoons was incredibly disappointing. They required full upfront payment but took nearly two months to deliver, with no updates or explanations for the delays. The workmanship was substandard, not meeting my expectations. They didn’t provide the necessary equipment for headboard installation, which caused significant inconvenience. Their on-staff designer created two pieces for the bed that were so oversized they completely hid the headboard—a frustrating and poorly thought-out design choice that left me heartbroken, as I nearly cried seeing the result. At the last minute, they informed me they wouldn’t handle delivery, forcing me to arrange my own delivery company. I wrote a detailed letter to the owner but received no response. Overall, it felt unprofessional and disorganized. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them.

I'm thrilled with the quality of fabric and workmanship that renewed the most comfortable (unreplaceable) club chairs I've owned since 1988. The job done by Boca Bargoons surpassed all my expectations for service, selection of fabrics, and rapid time frame for getting the job done. That's why I've been dealing with Boca Bargoons for decades. I highly recommend them.

2 stars because the selection and quality of the fabrics. HOWEVER. The staff was so rude and cold I will never return. Walked right up to the front lady and asked you she was going and was stone walled. Rude and unpleasant.

How sad that they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH although they promise too. My project needs tweeking and they refuse to return even though they did try previously. This company can not be trusted....and they will not work for you unless entire charge is paid up front....and with a lengthily wait.
