When your truck arrived, it was partially disassembled from another shop. This prevented us from being able to assess some additional issues uncovered later, which changed the original estimate a little. You were notified of these updates along the way and the total price prior to picking it up. You were aware that the original estimate did not include tax or the parts shipping costs. We had your truck just over 4 months because of shipping delays on many parts, but again, you were kept in the loop. Apologies for the water pump listed twice, it was never charged twice and this was corrected. Your truck had the silicone hoses intended for race applications. At time of arrival the hoses were secured with a heat shrink clamp which is unserviceable and needs to be cut off. We did secure clamps specific to the race hoses and after the many test miles we put on the truck, there weren't any leaks. Sorry this happened later. No need for us to remove the bumper, we only removed the grill so unrelated to anything not lining up. Your light bar bracket was broken when the truck arrived from the other shop - we helped tie this down with you before you headed back home.
