Loved the class and energy but the cardio would be so much better with Woodway treads. These are a bit hard on my knees. But all in all, loved my experience!

Body Machine Fitness has truly transformed my life! From the moment I joined, I was welcomed into a positive, motivating community that encourages growth and well-being. The culture here is unlike any other gym—it's not just about working out; it's about building friendships, support, and a shared commitment to health.
The fitness style they promote combines effective training methods with a focus on mental well-being. I’ve seen incredible improvements in my physical health, energy levels, and overall mindset. Every workout is challenging yet invigorating, and the trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about each member's progress.
I can't recommend Body Machine Fitness enough for anyone looking to change their fitness journey. This place doesn't just change bodies; it changes lives!

This is an entirely different exercise experience. The owner has really come up with a great concept. The classes are guided classes with a highly energetic and enthusiastic leader. The entire environment is high energy. You have to see it to appreciate it. The instructors and the people who belong to the gym are extremely friendly, supportive, and encouraging. Well run, very affordable, no contracts. Can’t think of a single negative. I’ve never experienced the “runner’s high” before. I was jazzed for the rest of the day after my first class and every day since.

Super fun place! Loud music, lights, tons of energy! You will feel it the next day for sure! But not too fast paced where you can't keep up. Definitely going back.

Depressed, lost and lonely - that's what I would be if I didn't have BMF. This place will not only change your body and fitness level, but it will also be the place where you find community, meet your greatest friends and experience the Happiest Hour of the day.
Thank you to all the trainers, staff and members for changing my life - I have no idea what I'd do without all of you!

Absolutely disappointing experience.
I joined this gym with the expectation of professional guidance but was met with utter negligence. In my very first class, during my first rep, I injured my back because they failed to provide any kind of warm-up. This is a basic safety step any reputable gym should take!
What made the experience worse was their response when I tried to contact them. I was shuffled from one person to another in a clear attempt to avoid addressing my concerns or allowing me to cancel my membership. When I finally got through to someone, their response showed a shocking lack of empathy or accountability for the injury caused by their carelessness.
The gym itself is overhyped, blasting loud, tacky disco music that makes it hard to focus. The instructors seem unqualified, disorganized, and more interested in showing off than ensuring the safety of participants.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely empathize with the discomfort you’ve described. Your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities, so it’s disappointing to learn that you walked away feeling otherwise.
To clarify a few details in the spirit of fairness:
1. Class Selection and Guidance: You attended our BadMF’er class, which is our most advanced and themed session, held only once every 2-3 months and designed for experienced, conditioned participants. While we do encourage everyone to challenge themselves, we also communicated the class difficulty level and encouraged you to reconsider since you were new to working out. Ultimately, the choice to attend was yours, and while we can’t prohibit participation, we always emphasize that workouts can be scaled back, adjusted, or paced to suit individual fitness levels.
2. Warm-Up Process: Like most group fitness classes, we design the first round to act as a warm-up—simpler movements without weights or complex exercises—to allow the body to gradually adjust. Many members also arrive early to limber up on their own. That said, in any form of physical activity—whether working out or doing everyday tasks—unexpected strains or tweaks can sometimes happen, even when care is taken.
3. Your Initial Experience: It’s worth noting that this wasn’t your first class. You initially took a trial session, shared that you loved it, and chose to join as a member. It’s clear you enjoyed aspects of the environment at first, which is what many of our members love about us—our high-energy, nightclub-inspired setting makes fitness motivating, engaging, and, for many, life-changing.
4. Body Awareness and Personal Progression: As we emphasize during orientation, everyone’s fitness journey is unique. Whether seasoned athletes or beginners, we encourage members to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed, and scale exercises to their comfort levels. While we’re here to guide and motivate, developing personal body awareness is essential for a safe and effective fitness journey.
We are proud of the professionalism, expertise, and care our trainers bring to every class. Our Master Trainer, who led this session, is among the most qualified in the industry and deeply committed to ensuring a safe and impactful experience for all members.
That said, we understand that our style and energy aren’t for everyone, and we respect your perspective. We truly hope you find a fitness environment that better aligns with your needs and goals, and we wish you nothing but success and health in your wellness journey.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Should you wish to discuss this further or seek additional clarity, our team is always here to listen.

I've been meaning to leave this review forever. They literally bully you when you try to cancel your membership. I suffered a lower back injury working out here and plantar fasciitis. Bottom line, the workouts weren't for me. They had two dudes come and talk to me when I came in to cancel, one minimized my injury saying he also had plantar fasciitis and he was still working out through it. Cool story bro.
Thank you for the feedback Shay and I apologize on behalf of my team for creating a bad experience for you. Definitely not how we operate. I'll look into this and make sure our values are being followed. I tried to look you up in the system so I could figure out how this happened, but I'm not finding you. I wonder if this is us, or Body20, which is another brand? Plus, typically it would be Chloe that would be reaching out to process cancellations, not a couple of dudes. If you can text me more information I can track this down and get to the bottom of it asap. -Jeremy (CEO) 214-738-6078

Please do not ever come back to a Spartan event. After the staff and Volunteers worked all weekend in the dust and heat they had to spent time cleaning up the garbage you and your BMF team threw all over the venue. You took over a tent that did not belong to you and left you bags all over, even though there is a proper bag check. You and you team tried to bully Spartan staff in starting heats late to appease your schedule. Franky you have no idea what OCR is all about and if you never darken Spartans door again it will be to soon.

I went in for my first class today and had an amazing experience! Our instructor, Mario, was so energetic and fun. His class was challenging in all the best ways, but the lights, music, and his encouragement kept me going the entire time. I can’t wait to go back to BMF and urge you all to give it a try!

Tried it once with the free class. Instructors were friendly and caring taking the time to show me around the facility and what to do. Plus it was a good workout with great music and a good environment.

This place is awful! I took a trial class last fall, a full YEAR AGO, and decided not to continue coming as the staff was extremely pushy about me coming back, even to the point of arguing that my preferred type of workout class (spin) was not sufficient. Since then, I have been bombarded with emails, calls, and texts. It has been a year! I have asked multiple times to be removed from their contact list, including calling Body Machine Fitness and leaving voicemails to ask to be removed and left alone. This is the place for you if you want to be continuously harassed for a year or more after taking one class.
Please see attached photo for me asking to be removed from their contact list in DECEMBER and see one of many emails I have gotten since, this one being today!
Hi Lauren,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you've had with us—this is absolutely not the way we want anyone to feel, and it’s clear we fell short here.
First, I’m sorry if our team came across as pushy when you tried out a class. Our goal is to share what makes BMF special, but we should always respect everyone’s preferences, and I can see how we missed the mark. That’s not who we strive to be.
As for the texts, I truly regret the frustration we've caused. After reviewing everything, we discovered a gap in our system that prevented your request to be fully processed. You asked to be removed, but due to the way our systems work (which link texts and profiles), our automated system didn’t recognize your request unless "STOP" was texted back. We can and will do better by ensuring these types of requests are handled correctly in the future.
While we’re reaching out to our software provider to fix this issue and training our team on how to manage these requests better, I’ve personally made sure that your profile is removed from our contact lists. You should no longer receive any communication from us. However, if you do see anything else come through, replying with “STOP” will block all further texts immediately.
Again, I’m so sorry for this experience, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re learning from it and will make sure no one else has to go through what you did. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly, and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Warmly,
Jeremy Soder

I’ve taken over 700 classes at BMF. I love the energy and the fact that no two workouts are the same. The trainers are professional and know their stuff. I recommend to anyone that’s looking for something new and exciting!
Wow, over 700 classes! Thank you for your dedication and fantastic feedback. We're delighted you enjoy the energy, variety, and professionalism of our trainers. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
