From start to finish, our experience with Woodruff Windows was outstanding! From working with John at the beginning, to Corey and his installation crew, and the follow-up with Sky, every detail was handled professionally. Nothing fell through the cracks.
The installation was clean, organized, and efficient. I was particularly impressed that they had someone following the crew with a vacuum to minimize dust, and they took great care to cover and protect everything near their work areas.
Our home's windows were 25 years old, and nearly every one had failed seals, allowing hot air in during the summer and cold air in during the winter. We're looking forward to improved energy efficiency and lower utility bills. As an added bonus, our home looks fantastic, both inside and out!
I obtained quotes from three different companies, and Woodruff Windows was by far the most reasonably priced. Their combination of competitive pricing, quality workmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made this an easy decision.

We have had a lot of issues with temperature control in our great room due to 40+ year old windows. We decided to go big by changing out our 3 tall narrow windows for 1 large window to maximize our backyard view. The Woodruff team was kind, attentive, and helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We are looking forward to the next project with them.

5 star experience. Got two other quotes and saved the best for last. Our Sales rep John was very helpful and I appreciated the no pressure approach. Got a Pella patio door but also plan on doing the windows in the house. Install crew was amazing and house was clean and appreciated the care they gave our house.

I got quotes from 6 window companies before choosing Woodruff, and one of the things I appreciated most was how straightforward and low-pressure the process was. A lot of the other companies put me through lengthy sales presentations about why their windows were better than everyone else’s. Woodruff simply answered my questions, explained the options, and let me make my decision without the hard sell.
They were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. The installation crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did a great job. I also had a small issue after the installation, and Woodruff came back out almost immediately after I let them know and took care of it.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend Woodruff to anyone considering replacement windows.

I was very impressed with the installation team. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were very careful inside the home and left each room spotless as they moved from room to room. The finish details were superb. The windows are all vinyl and they perform satisfactorily however they do transmit heat if directly in the sun. The look of the windows is very nice however the model I chose had very limited colors. I switched out pairs of tall single hung windows with a larger picture window in 2 places and it improved the exterior appearance greatly. I would recommend Woodruff Windows. Be aware Mr Woodruff is no longer the owner but the current owner is carrying on his legacy with great service and taking care of the homeowner.
