Boise Muffler Shop is fantastic. The catalytic converter was shot in my 2016 Kia Soul (apparently a common issue in this year and model). The quote was reasonable, the service was friendly and no-nonsense, and they had me out in under an hour. The acceleration on the Kia is now both smoother and more powerful than ever after the replacement. Highly recommended.

I regret not using them! I thought the Estimate was alot of money $$$. After trying to do the job myself, wish I had just gone with these trusted people/shop!

Well got a bid from them, was professional...$1800, but I thought I could do it instead of paying so much. My mistake, always trust Boise muffler, regret not using them.

These guys are great! My daily driver 1965 Volvo Amazon's exhaust needed urgent repairs, and they were able to squeeze my car into their schedule next-day and had it finished within an hour or two. Sean contacted me before they began work, again when they were able to give a final quote with their findings, and again when it was all finished. They sourced and welded-in a new muffler, repaired part of my tailpipe, replaced a few exhaust hangers, and gave the rest of the exhaust a thorough inspection for leaks (60-year-old car), for LESS money than the muffler alone would have cost online. It's also worth noting that they completely redid the full exhaust on my 1983 Volvo 240 Turbo back in 2016 and did stellar work back then, too. No issues with that exhaust, and that was eight years ago! Both times I've been to Boise Muffler, their communication and honesty was top-notch. When I picked up the car on my most recent visit, the staff members who performed the work greeted me and were available if I had any questions. It's easy to tell these are genuine car enthusiasts who respect and appreciate what they build and create every day.

I was referred over by a Subaru dealership for a crack in a pipe that runs to my catalytic converter. (Quoted there at $1300 to fix wirth Subaru parts.) The guys here were nice enough to get me in on a day's notice to take a look. I was excepting something similar, but apparently it was really just that a part was rusted out. It needed cut, replaced and welded. Quoted $106 for everything, and done in 20 minutes. The dealership could never. 5 star, high class experience. My car hasn't sounded this nice since I bought it two years ago. Exceptional work.

Dropped of a rig for a diagnosis and these guys came back and let me know that the exhaust system is in fantastic condition; I was ready to plop some funds on replacing the exhaust. They were honest and didn't charge for the diagnosis. I'll be definitely going back when a exhaust issue arises!

I am forever grateful for this place! My daughter’s car had been sitting at another place for three weeks after they had replaced the starter. They said we needed a new engine. My partner suggested Boise muffler and auto. They were so thorough, they sent me updates on the diagnostics, took pictures and really inspected everything. Turns out the place I had taken it to prior put the wrong starter in it. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars, but their charge was beyond reasonable, so much less than I had anticipated. Thank you Boise Muffler and auto for taking such good care of us!

These guys know how to build exhaust systems. I've always received the best outcome from Boise Muffler.
