Where to start!! Very sceptical of who I come across on Instagram, but I followed Bold Security Ltd for a few months having moved into a new house, as I needed new cameras (x16) installing, new alarm system, and a wifi based front gate mechanism and intercom. A large install required and I needed to make sure I did my homework. Bold Security from the moment they came out made me feel comfortable, describing the work they where going to do, how to do it, get my "blessing" to ensure I knew what they were going to do. x3 days in total required, to install camera, sort out the intercom and the alarm, which blew my mind. The team are thorough, flexible, polite and work extremely hard to get the job done. Have been extremely happy with selecting Bold Security Ltd, the more impressive aspect of using Bold Security, is the after care. We recently had a power cut for 24 hours, to which Bold Security helped us when it came to the alarm, cameras being offline, and then how to get us back online. Their support is the best part of this company. Offering annual care, checking camera's, PIR's, alarms, etc, we recently went through which we are so happy we did. I can't recommend this company enough. Use instagram, what you see is what you get in terms of thorough, good work. What you won't see is the friendly caring support team :-) Well recommend this company to anyone wanting CCTV, alarms, Front gate intercoms, the team is brilliant. So much so, we are always in contact with the team, as we have a planned renovation due, to which Bold Security Ltd will be on hand to support changes required. If hesitating, to get anything done, this team make it happen and are relentless in making sure you are happy with the outcome! Bold Security Ltd, comes extremely recommended from me!
