I needed a huge girth (150cm). Bonnetts was one of the only saddleries I could find that stock above 140cm. I ordered on the Sunday and got contacted early Monday morning to be advised that the colour I wanted was on back order but they could refund the express post and I could wait or they had the brown in stock or could do a different style/size. They let me phone some local saddleries to see if I could get it locally, but when I couldn’t get it locally I asked they send the brown girth as I needed it for the weekend. They happily did all of that. They were a pleasure to deal with and my girth arrived today (Wednesday) from SA to Melbourne. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend Bonnetts.
