**update** 5 stars to the clinic medical director who went out of their way to comp my visit / herbs. Today’s Doctor / intern assigned to me were absolutely lovely and empathetic. I am deeply grateful for this gesture. ——————————————————————— Original review: Don’t bother going here. My acupuncturist interns were earnest and well wishing. They tried their best. I genuinely appreciated them. As far as the herbalist, she never showed up to see me before dispensing herbs. I had to ask for her to determine what the medication was for since I had listed multiple concerns. Or how to take it? In addition, she shorted me by 2 days. It was supposed to last 7 days, only lasted 5. Trying to get clarity, I called the school and spoke to someone named Aliyah or alia. She said students NEVER make mistakes. And I must have taken more meds than prescribed. Let that sink in a bit. I was so incredibly frustrated talking to this woman who had absolute no desire to provide any solution. It’s just 2 days. Why would a patient lie or over Medicate themselves? Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I used colorful language at the end because it was like talking to a wall with no personality and zero skin in the game whose only job was to stonewall. I totally would have moved on if I got a genuine apology. The fact that this woman Aliyah was trying to gaslight me by blaming me, I won’t return and will never recommend this place. Pay more and go to a professional instead who wants to retain customers and will treat you with professionalism since they have skin in the game.

The receptionist who made my appointment was very efficient and kind. There was no wait time. I went for acupuncture for acute pain and I was treated with the utmost professionalism and expertise from a senior student. Yumi has a wonderful bedside manner. The room was very comfortable and I felt much better after a single session. I highly recommend this wellness clinic!

I like my masseuse, she was very good. Not too much pressure on this old body, she had the right touch.

There is a vibe specific to the Pacific College. The trainees and staff are all very kind and gentle. The people who frequent this place are basically like minded. I have always had a positive experience when i visit. The educational and community events are up to date and fun. If you are interested in alternative medicine and modalities, you should check it out.

I love Pacific College!!! I've received acupuncture at their clinic for several conditions, and always find it to be a relaxing and helpful experience. I've, also, purchased herbal remedies from their natural apothecary.

I went once and it was very thorough. I had acupuncture and would be interested to try their massage offering.

A game changer! The staff are warm and welcoming. (And they have tea 😊) The students are very thorough(medical questions + health issues), well prepared, and each treatment is customized per patient. The professors are always happy to answer questions and concerns. It’s a vast improvement over the US health care system. Plus, I love the herbal smell, it’s like a warm hug 🥰

I have always received treatments from students that show a great amount of care & enthusiasm. In America, our general complaint has been that medical care is completely unaffordable unless you’re well-to-do or well connected. The Pacific College has bridged that gap AND gone a step further. Not only do they treat whatever problem I come in with, they ask great questions about your lifestyle/daily life and look closely at how they can offer treatments for possible improvements AND help you do the same. The shocking part is, it's AFFORDABLE!!! To create an environment where the Clinic students & doctors can help me AND be able to offer suggestions on how TO HELP MYSELF has been a rich learning experience for me. They’ve actually improved the quality of my health. It’s Brilliant!!!

I have been going to Pacific College Acupuncture Clinic for over 20 years. I cannot recommend them enough. And the price has made it even more enticing. Don't think about it...just GO!!!

I was suffering from back pain muscle spasms and went to get acupuncture with Pacific College. It was great! It helped me tons, the place is clean and people very helpful. I am definitely going back.

The Services were excellent. I had swedish massage, tui na, and regular accupuncture there. The students were well trained and supervised, very professional. And of course you can't beat the prices.

I have been going to Pacific College of Health and Science continuously for a couple years now. I have been through 3 senior therapists because they leave at graduation. But let me tell you, they have been awesome. They are so concerned and attentive to my health issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The best part is the price is great. I have not felt better in years!

Pacific College of Acupuncture is simply outstanding in every respect. Clean,thorough,great doctors,staff,treatments. Easy to make appointments. Professional. Peaceful atmosphere- mandatory for physical and emotional health and maintenance. don't know what I'd do without them- I've been coming to this clinic for over twenty years.

Very good service at the Pacific College of Health and Science. I really enjoyed it. It made me relax and released a lot of tension in my stomach area.

Greetings from Brooklyn, Today was sadly my final acupuncture treatment with Tzu Ling Lu and as I leave, I just wanted to write with the hope that whoever reads this would be kind enough to pass this along to someone who Tzu Lhing works for, a supervisor...doctor; someone who would be interested in hearing very positive feedback about a student/clinician. I have always been the type of person who just couldn't find ways of seriously relaxing. I tried yoga, various forms of meditations, hypnotism,...listening to organic nature sounds and then I finally met Tzu Ling. Her kind-hearted, upbeat, positive, safe, just lovey energy --- always comfortable during pre-treatment consultations. I enjoyed her company...she was nice to be around. And then the preparation - explaining the position of various needles...having little safety techniques to prevent a sharper or deeper needle point from hurting. But it was always about the energy. By the time I was laying on the table, covered in a silver blanket...Tzu Ling would say "enjoy your relaxation and healing..." - the light would go off and there I went; into a place I had never been able to reach. This euphoric, blissful sense of relaxation where I just lost track of time, sounds, thoughts in my head, pain...The first time I was with Tzu Ling I remember afterwards saying: "I wish I would have met you when I was 14..." She obviously asked "why?" and I said "had I known about this, I would have never experimented with drugs for all of those years..." Acupuncture is a fascinating art and science. It really did transport me to so many different places and I'd just aimlessly drift until a delicate knock came on the door. Many times, I wasn't entirely sure where I was. But Tzu Ling would always ask me about my experience and provided the exact energy a person who just had a treatment like this needed in that exact space and time. She was a positive continuation as she removed each needle and explained certain things I should approach the rest of my day with. I will miss Tzu Ling but feel so enthusiastic about the career that's definitely going to find her. She is a consumate professional and delightful spirit - she mixes so many of the best aspects of why acupuncture is such a unique experience. I'll pump my fist in the air whenever I learn she's opened up her own treatment office or center! Once again, I really hope that whoever locates this email will understand just how much I'd like "someone significant" at Pacific College of Arts & Science to receive it, and/or or even pass it on to Tzu Ling Thank you once again for everything. I've been a patient at PCOM since 2001. Had so many positive experiences and great treatments. There was one intern that changed my life forever, he taught me how to stay healthy and balance . I always look forward to meeting new interns for my treatments. My recent intern is superb, she is a remarkable human being she represents "Wellness" all the best in all your endeavors when you graduate in August 23. ☮️
