I bought a Boss laser this year. The reason I purchased it is because the salesman responded always quickly and friendly. He always answered my questions. Since I got the machine I noticed the laser bed wasn’t even straight as the picture. The bed even scratched the machine when I changed the Z. I emailed them and got the response that is not even the issue I had. The technician told me he will get back to me soon but Nope! There are a lot of trouble shooting that You need to figure it out by yourself but there aren’t many resources on their website.

I was in a very tight spot trying to wrap up a project when I began experiencing problems with the laser orientation and worktable movement (each was directly connected to user error, I realized later). My call to tech support started with a discussion with John and later with Charlie. In less than an hour, the problem was resolved. The project was completed on time. Thank you, Guys!

This company has by far some of the best tech supports. I was having issues with my FM machine laser etching parts. Robert was able to walk me through step by step to figure out what was wrong. By the end of the phone call, I was able to use my machine again like nothing ever happened. Robert knew his stuff inside and out!

Their customer service has taken a conolete nosedive over the years. I made the mistake of buying a laser from them a few years ago that they ended up sending out with a faulty power supply. Since then they HAD been awesome of keeping you informed and generally providing fantastic customer service. Fast toward a couple years an they won't even tell you when a part you ordered is back ordered or what part on the order is even backordered when you ask them about it. When they finally got me the part they sent me it with a wiring color schema on a post it note and guess what, the color coding doesn't match the post it note. Originally I was going to begin looking into a second laser but now I'm going to have to look into replacing this one so that my business and income isn't reliant on their terrible customer service.

I have a 1630 Boss Laser. I was having trouble figuring out just what went wrong. I suspected it was the tube. John was great - most of the troubling shooting could be done with the help of the guide he sent, but I needed to talk on the phone. Despite the time zone difference we figured it out and the new tube was sent right out. Thanks John
