Hi Esselle, Unfortunately I couldn't find your name in our booking system to call you directly. We would have loved the chance to speak with you regarding the issues you had while staying here. I have just spoken with the Reception team and we are unaware of any complaints - it feels a little unfair that you didn't give us the opportunity to fix your stay and we also feel terrible that you stayed even while not enjoying yourself to such a degree - we would have given you a full refund had you of come and seen us. The fact that we are dog friendly is something that we heavily promote on our website and social media and is a huge part of our low and shoulder season business. There are rules for people with dogs and we generally do not have complaints about this. We do apologise if there was a dog barking while you stayed - we would have done something about this had we have known about the issue at the time. We are dedicated to all guests enjoying their experience. As for the water in our beach end facilities, we were made aware of this first thing this morning and the water had already gone by this point. We are unsure where this water came from as there was no rain and even during the heaviest of rain our facilities never flood. This is a very unusual circumstance for us - all that we can think of is that someone left a tap on (whether on accident or on purpose). If you read through other guest experiences, our facilities are spotless but some things are unfortunately out of our control. Ourselves and our team work incredibly hard to ensure all guests have an amazing time here and this is reflected in our reviews and ratings. We would love the opportunity to show you this level of hospitality. If you would like to get in touch with us we would happily offer you a complimentary stay - and there will be no dogs for our peak season (20 Dec - 9 Feb).
