I cannot say enough good things about BQ Electric’s team of Milton and Adam! They both were very polite, extremely professional, worked to get the job done with minimal cuts to the Sheetrock, which made their job very difficult. The cleanup they did was very fastidious! I highly recommend both the company and this team of professionals. They made it a pleasure!

Outstanding service... These folks are ULTRA professional. Very pleased with their promptness, up front and clear pricing, expeditious arrival and completion of task in a timely manner. They also thoroughly cleaned up and swept up after themselves, in spite of the messy work they had to do. Very explanatory, and Kevin, along with his assistant Dustin, would be the ideal people to do any electrical work for people in their homes. I recommend them very highly!

Great work was done by Charlton and his helper (sorry -- forgot his name). The BQ crew added a new 20amp circuit with high grade #12 wire, new GFCI receptacles to service our aquariums, computer network with appropriate breakers. Very neat, very clean very professional. BQ Electric is the electrician to use!

I needed an emergency rewire of my oil burner, replacement of my circuit breaker panel and an upgrade my electrical service to 200 amps. They came quickly and diagnosed my issues perfectly. Everything was done on time and at the price quoted by very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. They guarantee their work, but I have the peace of mind that it was done right the first time.

They have outstanding customer service/support!!! They are easy to get in touch with and are timely with every aspect of their work! Their text updates even tell you where the technician is in regards to getting to your home, map included! I was not expecting this level of customer support and service so it's needless to say that they over delivered! The two electricians that installed My video door will were knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and had a high level of expertise.

We’ve been working with BQ ever since We moved into our home 4 years ago. They’ve done it all for us and we still have more work to do. Their professionalism and precision are unmatched. They bring in extremely intelligent and capable crews with lead electricians to manage each project. UPDATE: Definitely ask for Joe DiGiacamo. He’s extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped us plan out several future projects as well as solve our immediate needs with a focus on our budget. Our house and family will be safer for his suggestions. Oh yeah…and I can’t forget Jackie, from the office. She’s super polite and responsive. A true professional!!!

Let me start by saying my entire experience has been phenomenal. I am not easy to please but you guys (and ladies)did it. From the follow up phone call from Bob to completion of needed repairs all top notch, knowledgeable technician, Explanation of repairs and professionalism were excellent. A special thanx to Anthony for staying and completing job. Great job. Will highly recommend to anyone in need. They go the extra yard . Including a mat to wipe their feet and booties when entering home. Little things most wouldn't do. Thank you.

This company definitely deserve the 5 star rating. The quote process was fast and easy for a EVSE. The customer service was awesome; especially Leah! Every time I called for something she picked up and was always pleasant and helpful. The installers were clean and fast. Their after install support was awesome too. I had issues with my inspection certificate and issues with my install for my EVSE but BQ came through and resolved my issues. They addressed the issues quickly and didn't try to ghost me after I paid them! Forgot to add that their dispatching software is great too. When the electrician is scheduled to arrive at your house you get notifed with their name, picture, and GPS location. No need to guess when they'll arrive. You can see it happening! Thank you and I highly recommend this company if you have any electrical needs!

Best Quality Electric did a fantastic job updating our electrical system! Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and courteous are the best words to describe the team of Vincent, JT, and of course, Joe who oversaw all of the work.
