I’ll preface this with we love this store, 1 star to draw attention. We were recently disappointed when they made a mistake checking us out. After this was pointed out we were informed there are no returns… I was not intending to make a return, I simply wanted the monetary issue to be fixed. I was allowed to select a mini fig for lower value than the mistake that was made. So now I spent more money than I intended and in return got something I wasn’t intending to buy and was still short a few dollars because of a mistake they made. As a consumer that has spent hundreds of dollars at this store this is an extremely poor policy and should be fixed.
