Had a split system installed a year ago by Bristol Air Conditioning, very happy with their service both during install and when it has been serviced recently! Would definitely recommend

We had an absolutely great experience with Bristol Air Conditioning Ltd who installed a Samsung WindFree system in our garden office. From an initial enquiry on Sunday, a site visit on Monday, the entire process was completed on Thursday of the same week by Richard and Jack who were friendly, efficient and professional. First class service, highly recommend. Thank you!

Tim Luke Jack Riley and Jake installed two home air conditioning units today and did a superb job. They were polite and communicated brilliantly, worked well together and ensured everything was clean and fully handed over at the end of the job. They really knew their trade and talked me through everything, making sure I had choices about the finished placements of the units. There were no hidden extras and the price was really reasonable. I absolutely recommended Bristol air conditioning and will be using them for the annual servicing going forward. Fantastic job!

Fantastic service, expertly executed. Jason assessed our air conditioning needs with care, transparency and great communication. Chris, Robbie (not Robin) and Rich installed the units with great efficiency and consideration, asking questions where appropriate and taking care of the spaces they were working in. The elctricans were excellent too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this organisation for their professionalism, expertise and general all-round decency.

I recently had work done by BAC, and I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional effort! Despite the scorching hot weather, the team maintained their professionalism and hard work, completing the job remarkably well. Each member was professional, patient, and considerate, taking great care of the items in my house and leaving the place clean after the work was done. Special mention to the electrician, who went above and beyond despite the language barrier. He diligently found the best approach and explained everything to us with professionalism and patience. He even stayed on the rooftop for an extended period (despite the extreme heat and suffocating conditions) to fix the electrical issues. The dedication and effort of the team have been truly inspirational to me and my whole family.

Solid work completed to a good standard, and reasonable prices. We had a 3-way multi split system installed and everyone involved clearly knew their trade well, from Jason with the initial survey and quote through to Luke and his colleagues doing the install, and the electrician (sorry, forgotten your name!) giving us options for how and where to route the power. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the end result is great.

Following a site visit by Jason, who we found very professional , friendly and helpful we went ahead with our order for 2 A/C units which were installed on Friday by Chris, Robin, Jack and Pat. The team worked very efficiently and took care whilst on our property and did an excellent job ,even putting our furniture back in place ,tidying up and removing all rubbish. The system and remote was then explained to us by Chris . We strongly recommend Bristol Air Conditioning.

Recently had air to air heating and cooling installed in three rooms. Jason and his team were very professional, neat, tidy and friendly. I chose them after approaching seven other companies and they were very competive on pricing, but Jason said he was happy with the margin he was making. Jason got the quote back to me within two hours of the survey and every thing else was conducted very efficiently. I am very happy with the installed equipment which is surprisingly quiet and appears to be very efficient on heating and I am told I can expect a COP of 4 which is very welcome as the weather is getting colder. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. July 2024 I used Bristol Air Conditioning again to update my system. A different team of engineers this time. All very professional, despite me causing some major problems, which lead engineer Luke took control of and worked out a solution. Also Jack and Pat worked hard on the project. Jack worked in a very hot attic to provide a non disruptive safe power solution which was much appreciated. The director Jason certainly knows how to recruit very professional and good natured engineers. My apologies to the team for the problems. I caused.

Superb service from these chaps this week. They were pleasant, hard working and did a clean quick job that looks good and works great!

I had a number of quotes from various companies for a domestic air conditioning installation. BAC weren't the cheapest but certainly seemed the most professional from the initial contact. The team turned up promptly and I wasn't disappointed with my initial assessment. Great guys, courteous, friendly and always asked my opinion if a slight change to the brief was needed. The workmanship was spot on and the entire job, of fitting an outdoor unit and three indoor, took a day and a half. Very happy with the results. 🙂

This company came to us today to install our air conditioning. Turned up slightly early, so we weren't left waiting. 4 young men who were absolutely lovely. Polite, hard working and consulted with us whenever a decision needed making. When they had finished the house was left spotless. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Jason and the team were very professional throughout the installation. All the work was carried out well and cleaned up afterwards without a mess. I would not hesitate to recommend BAC.

The chaps working were perfect. So friendly, and super knowledgable. Couldn’t rate highly enough. If I was to get air con on another property in Bristol, there is no where else I’d go. Super clean and tidy and am currently recommending any one that will listen to get air con too! 10/10
