I’m a first time customer and my experience could not have been better. Jon showed up on time and took care of a very small issue I was having with a vent in my roof. So small he would not accept any payment. That just doesn’t happen today. I would highly recommend giving this company a call if you have any roofing, siding or gutter needs. Thank you Jon

We had a GREAT experience with Kyle W at Brody Allen. We just had our roof and gutters replaced 100% with our insurance. We had another roofing company come out and tell us they didn’t see much damage and basically not to report it to insurance. So, needless to say, we were so happy to get another opinion and for Kyle tell us otherwise. Our insurance policy was about to renew and we were going from a $1,500 deductible to a policy that is a percentage of your dwelling cost for roof replacement so had we waited another 30 days to submit a claim our new roof would have cost us $5k. Could not be happier with our experience. If you’re on the fence, make the call! We had the owner even come walk the property afterwards to make sure they did a good job and cleaned up properly. Thanks again, guys!

Had the pleasure of working with Kyle Watson on a new roof and gutters. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came out to go over everything with him. My roof was installed on a Friday and Kyle was here early Saturday morning to make sure all the nails and debris were picked up around the house. Great communication, quick scheduling, nice and polite installers and overall great work. Thank you for the great experience!

Brody Allen Exteriors was awesome to work with. We had major damaged from the hailstorm in March and they replace our roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. The workers on each crew were very considerate, respectful and hard working. Kyle Watson was wonderful to work with and help tremendously with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Brody Allen Exteriors for roofs, siding, gutters and downspouts.

Shae was wonderful. I had filled out a request to have the roof looked at after finding water spots on our ceiling and he was there the very next day, did the repair right then and explained what we should look for during the upcoming storms. No sales, no pressure, just great customer service and a fixed roof. EASY! Everyone else we reached out to said it would be days (and another storm) before they’d even come to look at it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience—avoid at all costs! After raising my concerns with the company, all I got was a simple 'sorry.' It took countless back-and-forth messages with the sales person, filled with misleading information, just to see the least corrective actions. Extremely disappointing.
