This was my first auto accident claim for damages, and I had no idea what to do. My Daughter and I were involved in a serious rear end collision three years ago. We had been pursuing regular rehabilitation treatments and spinal injections for sustained injuries for both my Daughter and I due to the severity of the 100% preventable accident (the other driver was distracted on her cell phone). Ms. Buchanan handled our case personally filing for the uninsured motorist portion of our own insurance policy at our request to help cover medical costs as well as compensation for pain and suffering.
