Great staff, well organized, and best option for me (Buffalo) to go to rather than self services or other bottle services I had come across!!

Pretty sure I got shorted quite a bit of money. Brought in 8-9 large garbage bags, and not sure if the counter forgot about the markings he made on the dry erase board when cashing me out, but it was less than usual for more bottles. At least it's a nice atmosphere and doesn't stink like stale beer

Very kind and efficient employees. If your bottles don’t qualify they still recycle for you. Plenty to look at inside the barn too while they sort. Much better experience here than going elsewhere or self service machines.

The kid with the long hair and ponytail was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with in a long time.. we went in because we are doing a bottle drive and asked how it worked we have never been here before and he said “you just bring them in and I count them” with a nasty sigh.. we brought in the bags and he was just throwing everything including the glass grunting most of the time and when we tried helping out the bags up on the counter he’s like “okay you can give me another one” meanwhile the table was filled already and we weren’t trying to overwhelm him and then he yelled I got it multiple times and even told us “ go ahead and scan that barcode I would leave a negative review because I’ve been extremely rude because I have problems” not sure we will ever come back here again.

workers were friendly, place was clean and smelled like fresh apples.
Had quite a few bags and they helped me bring them in and got me out right away.

Seems like this place likes to make up their own hours even though it is advertised open until 5:30 with Sundays and now Wednesdays closed. Went Monday 6/30 at 4:40PM and when I went to open the door it was locked. Older gentlemen was at a station cleaning up and showing no indication why the door was locked. I knocked to grab his attention just to see if there are new hours or just simply acknowledge the fact a customer was there. Well he proceeded to look me dead in the eyes not once, but twice. Did he bother to come over? Nope, just looked at me like I had 2 heads. Would love to know the hours because this is the 2nd time showing up during "opening hours" and not able to get in. Maybe have on the window "Hours vary by day".

Great people, great place to bring your bottles and cans. Have excellent service, fast and does not cheat you out of your refund. Very honest people. Place is really nice inside and smells very nice. Not like an old bar room. Highly recommend this place on French Rd in Cheektowaga NY called Bud’s Bottle Barn.
