I wanted to take the time to write this to say thanks. We ordered 30 wings for takeout, but when we got home, we only found 20 wings in the bag. We called, and Kyle, the manager, took care of us by giving us something extra on the side and sincerely apologizing for what happened. Thank you for being genuine and taking care of your customers, Kyle. You are doing a great job!

Ordered a takeout order and when I got it I noticed they didnt give me the ranch with the order so I let the guy know I needed 4 ranch, and he came back with only 3. No big deal I just let it go. I go to my car and because of that I decide to double check the whole order. Of course it was short a large fry. I go back in and let them know. The person at the counter double checked my bag and then goes in back to apparently check with their manager and his response upon his return was “my manager checked the order and the fries were in there”. I responded letting them know that they in fact were not in the bag, and that I have zero interest in trying to steal an order of French fries from them. They went and got my fries. First time being accused of stealing French fries for me.

This place and management is absolutely horrible. 😡😡😡😡stay far far away the manager is extremely rude . And the owner been waiting 45 minutes for my order i called in ahead of time place and employees are absolutely disgusting.. nasty attitudes . Unprofessional, just the worst experience ever 💯💯💯💯

Over all a very very poor and disgusting service.kept waiting for more than 30 mins .Reason there are only 3 servers. Overall a disgusting service in terms of hospitality. A BIG THUMBS down !

A huge shoutout to our server Emma! She has waited on us twice. Once when our server disappeared and Emma saw that we needed refills and carryout containers and got them. She was so friendly and sweet. Today, Emma was actually our server and took great care of us. She has such a happy attitude. We really appreciate having her as our server.

The wings Horrible! My partner order dinner (to-go) for me this evening. I got a 6 piece buffalo and a side salad… The wings were hard so bad that my tooth chipped. You can tell the wings were sitting all day. They were not fresh at all I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. I am very disappointed

By far the best Bdubs service within an hour! We drive 10 minutes extra to visit this one because the staff is nice and food is quick and accurate!

Missing food again. 0/2 on accuracy. DO NOT do delivery here. I'm done, it's too expensive to have to deal with missing food from here all the time

I've been a few times over the past few weeks. There is hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food has been really good, because they aren't packed. The service is a little slow, but that's because they have a smaller staff since no one is eating here.

The absolute worst place to they where so terrible we left before they could even take order. Because of this location I will never eat at any buffalo wild wings

The food is still extremely overpriced, but the service was good.
