It was a pleasure to have them there and really took the stress out of the day. My ‘stuff’ is in storage and they organized all of that for me as well. Excellent service, personal touch was very good and communication excellent. Although move didn't take place (through no fault of removals), always communicated and discussed all issues and options. When Bulmans had to return my money - it was returned same day. Will definitely recommend to anyone and use again. 5 Star

An incredibly simple yet professional service; the entire process from initial contact, the home visit to assess the move, the costs and options presented, right through to getting the move completed on the day was seamless and hassle free.

The team completing the move could not have been more helpful, polite, professional and considerate.

Great Service – Would Recommend

I had a really good experience with Bulman’s Removals from start to finish. Mark was helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel much more straightforward. From the first call, communication was excellent, and I always felt well informed about what to expect.

Packaging supplies were provided quickly, which was a big help in getting prepared. The quote was clear and transparent, so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and I appreciated the option of a late key release indemnity, which seemed like a fair way to avoid any unexpected costs.

The team was friendly, professional, and arrived on time, working efficiently to make the move as smooth as possible. They handled everything with care and really helped take the stress out of the day.

The day before the move I decided that I needed to dispose of some sofas at short notice, and Bulman’s were able to accommodate this for a reasonable fee, which was really helpful.

Overall, a reliable and professional service from a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. I’d definitely recommend Bulman’s Removals to anyone looking for a removals company.

Great service. Mark Bulman came and talked with us at the start and was thorough and professional. He kept in touch very well all through. Bulman's Removals were very helpful, removing most things, but leaving some furniture etc. to help the house look better for viewers. After the house sale was agreed, they removed everything else that we wanted. After both parts of the clearance, photos of various rooms in the "after" state were sent. I can recommend them highly.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!

Mark was thorough and reassuring throughout the whole process. It gave us real confidence that our belongings would be safe and well-looked. In addition, the unlimited boxes provided massively helped with the packing as well.

The day went very smoothly, which removed a large amount of stress—even to the extent of dismantling and rebuilding our beds and dining table. The guys also stayed on the job until late, ensuring we had everything set up correctly and were happy. We would highly recommend it.

I work for a medium sized construction and engineering consultancy company and Bulmans completed our office move in Bristol. Mark, Brett and the rest of the team were incredible throughout.

Whilst the move was short in terms of distance it was difficult - moving from the fourth floor of one building into the fourth floor of another right in centre of Bristol was a logistical challenge but the planning with Mark was seamless and other than a few queries they took care of everything.

A couple of days before the move I went through a detailed plan with Mark including timings, ensuring access, floor plan layouts and protection for lifts etc during the move.

This meant that the move itself went entirely smoothly with efficiency and accuracy. Both Mark in the planning and Brett in leading the move itself were very easy to contact and converse with which always helps in planning a significant move.

I would highly recommend Bulmans for any type of move. Thanks again to Mark, Brett and the team!

For pre-move customer service, I couldn't recommend Bulman's more. Due to a last minute date change we didn't end up moving with them but every step of the way Mark's communicate was clear, he provided advice and support throughout. The move price was also competitive. We don't plan to move any time soon but I'd have no hesitation on going back to Bulman's.

Last week we used Bulman's for a complicated move: different destinations across different days.
Mark patiently explained and advised how best to do it.
I also used the packing service which took a lot of stress out of the move.
I shall be using Bulman's again in a few months for the second part of my move.
I also know Mark personally, he's a nice fella that runs his business efficiently.

I have nothing but praise for this company from the initial meeting with Mark Bulman to discuss the detail of the job, to the actual removal and clearance of our property. With his background in logistics,Mark organised every aspect of the task in a logical and ordered manner, and suggested how best to accomplish our aims. The discussions were backed up by clear documentation where costs were explained as was the process of payment, both deposit and final account. His removal and clearance teams were led in a very professional manner and the work carried out conscientiously and with respect for the property and items. Disposal of cleared items was carried out ethically with documentation provided giving details of this. Everything about this company is professional and competent and is highly recommended.
