Incapable of serving past midnight but hey they’re open 😂

I stopped by this morning on my way home from an appointment. I ordered 2 croissanwhiches and a small hashbrown. The lady at the window wasn't very friendly, it seemed as though you were understaffed, there were two cars barely pulled up in front so I had to pull to the side and wait. I totally understand being understaffed and busy, but it was very disappointing when one of my sandwiches had mold on it, I through them both away. Such a disappointment 😞 and frustrated. I don't have money just to throw down the trash. Service has definitely went down hill.

Food was ice cold and I don't mean lukewarm I mean straight out the refrigerator cold. And nothing was done to fix it. Trash establishment.

Went through the drive through. The lady at the window said she was the only person there. Asked if we could get a cup of mayonnaise. Every Burger King we go to does not have a problem with it. She was up set we asked. She said you want ketchup we said no. She had us pull up. We sit there over 20 minutes. Food came out it was cold. There was not mayo in a cup. Husband pulled around and went in. He asked for mayo after wanting 20 minutes at the counter. Her and cook were back in the back talking about nasty stuff.She was made I came in asked for it. If you don’t want to do your job or don’t like fine a new job! Being rude as she was I will not come back here.

The store is constantly getting your order wrong leaving things out of it then when I go back, they refused to give me all fresh after half my mail is cold. Terrible service terrible food quality I will start going to McDonald’s instead just very bad customer service.

Never had any problems with their food from here also, I’ve never had any problems with takeout orders or even our pick up orders for Uber eats they pretty much do a amazing job here. They are very polite on their intercom and at their cash register

Everything from start to finish with the drive-thru was poor quality. The order was incorrect as well. It wasn't worth turning around to complain. I'm surprised they are still open.

They don’t give af, food was made terribly. Not a one time thing either

Place is in severe need of some capital improvements. Men's room was out of order. Credit card machine is going bad. Screen flickering on and off. Dining area was clean but very old. Employees were friendly and the food was fine.

Food was great, very little wait time! You should come here!

They gave me the wrong order which I had taken home had opened and my children had touched before we figured out they were the wrong sandwiches. Burger King now tells me I have to package all up the wrong order and return it to them to get my correct food back and then accuses me of trying to get free food from them for not wanting to go through this hassle with my three children. Horrible service. Manager called and attempted to remedy the situation. I'll give her credit for her customer service, but still had a horrible experience overall.

Nothing in my delivery order was correct (customized toppings on sandwiches and number of chicken fries) and when I called the manager passed the Blame to the driver and hung up on me. The driver didn't make tje food wrong.... they did.

Drive thru was quick and friendly.

Spicy chicken. Was more spicy than normal but was good
