MEG was amazing She tried her best and she was very helpful. I called in the morning and she was doing everything in the background to help. I got a call in the afternoon from Meg again and she was really trying to help. She organised the technical team to contact me. Well done Meg !!!!!! I ma sure the technical team will fix my problem.

Business Telecom looks after all our business phones. They have always provided excellent service and competitive pricing. Their technical support efficient and they get all issues resolved promptly. A big thank you to Wilmer for his assistance.

They promised me a 20-30% savings but my bill almost doubled, don’t trust these people.

very dishonest salesperson deceived our company, we have two 1300numbers and were paying around $350.00 per month, we first declined his offer as we were happy with our current (previous) provider, however, the salesperson insisted and promised we would not be paying more than $120 per month, reluctantly we agreed to the offer because we trusted the salesman. our first bill came at over $1,000.00 for the first month.... when we complained he offered to reduce the rate but would not refund the overcharges, the second bill has come very expensive as well. we have now requested for the numbers to be ported back to the previous provider. It goes to show that phone companies cannot be trusted.
