I want to say this is the second time I've called them for my carpets and they responded quickly and got me set up within 4 hrs of the call both times.
The service was amazing,; I wasn't sure the pet stains would come out but they DiD!! It looks amazing and my husband was Very impressed, too!
I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Busy Bee Carpet Steamers provided fantastic service! After our initial cleaning, there were a few stains left on our sofa that we were still concerned about. Without hesitation, they came back out to make sure everything was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results. Our sofa looks great now, and we couldn't be more pleased with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and commitment to quality work!

This company is all about drawing you in with a low base price quote and then upselling you with extra charges for stain removal especially pet stains. They act is if a pet stain is nuclear waste. We paid over $300 to clean a couple of rooms. It took about an hour and a half I recall. The guy was professional and left very happy but I felt we had been taken for a ride. I would not use them again especially if you have pets or staining issues.

This guy said one price then when they showed up it was $200 more than the quote! The tech guys were talking so much that they did a really crappy job and left our white couch all spotty. Looks worse now than it did when they got here. And they convinced us that we needed a "deep clean" - pff deep clean my a$$!! This company is a scam and will be reported. Cannot believe they charged us over $300 for this trash job! Would not recommend to anyone!! Stay far away!!

Great service, very polite and efficient. It was nice to have someone that really cares about what they do and took time to explain what they were doing. We're definitely use again.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great value and excellent workmanship for carpet-cleaning services. The representative delivered a deep clean of heavily-soiled carpet. They were responsive on the phone, reached out when they were on their way and completed the job as promised.

First time using Busy Bee. Montrey, the service tech, was very professional and did a great job. Noticeable difference afterwards! Highly recommended.

After spilling an entire chocolate protein shake on my upholstered kitchen banquette, I knew I needed to get it cleaned right away. I found Busy Bee on Yelp and liked that they were family owned and had a lot of great reviews.

I called them up, got hold of someone on the phone on my first attempt and she had me scheduled for later that day. Ryan showed up, got my banquette cleaned in pristine condition in less than an hour and cleaned the carpet in my office which had terrible pet stains from my elderly dog. The carpet turned out completely spot-free, the odor was gone and it looked brand new.

Ryan asked me a number of times if I was happy with their work and he could not have been nicer and professional. I can't recommend them enough.
