Wonderful stay. I honestly felt at home, even the residents were friendly. The stay was in an nice area and anyplace I wanted to go was not far to travel. Overall I am pleased. The host was also great and responsive, I will most definitely book again for any future stays.

You only get one key fab and so if you are on different schedules as other people you are with it makes it really difficult. There is also no door that is close to the apartment door. So you always have to enter on the opposite side of the building. Lastly, lots of people smoking weed in the building (you can smell it especially in the second bedroom bathroom/closet) and also around the building. Not sure if this is normal for Dallas but just an FYI for those sensitive to the smell.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It would be a great layout for 2 couples since both bedrooms had baths accessible from the bedrooms. It was easy to get in and out of traffic wise. The parking can be an issue since only tenants are allowed to park in the garage and you must find a free spot on the street. Check in and out were easy and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you were looking for something on the north west side of Dallas.

I just wanted to say that my experience was amazing. I had friends that was visiting from out of town and I needed a place for them to stay. Location was convenient to everything we Uber to and from. When I book the place the owners we’re on top of their communication, From booking, to the details of the place and to the check in and checking out. The place is clean, tidy. It’s very welcoming. My guest really enjoyed their stay. Thank you Butler Elite. I will definitely used y’all for my friends accommodations for future visits.

Great clean spacious apartment. Typical apartment noise (you can hear some neighbors). We didn’t have a car but Uber got us everywhere we needed to go. Location was great for us we spent most of our time in the Uptown neighborhood.

Great location - close to downtown. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious. Communication with host was never a problem. Only downside was the street parking and the pool being closed.. which no fault of Butler Elite. Nice stay! Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay here! We did not get to use the pool due to COVID-19. We were close to everything we did which made it convenient going out. Parking on the street was very hit or miss which and there was not access to wifi (that was just out there). Apartment overall was great, very clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment was great. It was exactly as seen in the pictures. The apartment was clean and easy to access. It was also in a great location for us and our stay. The only con we have about the stay in how loud the other tenets are in the building but that is no reflection on the host.
