Absolute shambles of a company. Pre booked a cab and hour and a half earlier than neeeed via their app for a set time for a special event that we had to arrive at a specific time for. Phoned ten minutes after the cab was due as it hadn't arrived to be met with a string of excuses, no apology and an estimation the cab would be at least half hour. It's not even bad customer service, it's zero customer service. Ended up being late for the event as we then had to make alternative travel arrangements.

Booked a cab from Frederick's in Rayleigh more than 24 hours in advance... no call, no text to say cab had arrived but apparently the journey was completed. Called to arrange another cab and upon arrival, "Mike" was very sarcastic about the situation. Awful customer service. Avoid. 0 stars should be an option.

Just had a dacia driver pick me from rayleigh to hadleigh, purposely taking the longer route at every opportunity. It was so obvious after the second missed turning (he was following google maps) I started filming. The most shocking taxi service I've ever experienced

Absolutely unprofessional. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. Will never ever book with these again. Waste of my time.

1/9/2024 White Dacia number plate ending in UVG, this is now the second time I've had issues with one of your drivers. Tailgating myself and other drivers down the A127 and cutting me up because he couldn't be bothered to get into the correct lane until last second. He's going to end up killing someone! February 2024- Don't know who drives the white skoda but next time have some patience rather than beeping at me whilst I'm trying to maneuver around a bus and two cars and having my autistic son in the car having a meltdown! Really nice of you!

Elderly lady waited 45 + minutes for a taxi when called was advised they did not know when said taxi would arrive, I called for said elderly lady only to be over talked and hung up on, terrible customer service
