We lucked out being there a little early, and were there before there was a line. It's easy to see why it's so popular, the food is fresh and fantastic.

honestly a really good local chain cafe, reasonably priced, and sub 40 for 2 meals with specialty drink, great spot for lunch dates

A great place for Gluten Free and nut free food enthusiasts. A delicious place for brunch. I recommend the McKenzie omelette. They are very careful with allergies and intolerances.

Very Upset. And this means a ton since I dine at the patachou locations often.
I placed an online order at 1024 with an estimate of completion at 1050-1055. I arrived at 1056, and the order was not completed. I inquired about the completion time, and no one could give me an answer. I waited until 1120 and requested my money back. No one could figure out how to do that, so a manager was obtained. Up until this point, the staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. One of the staff presented my meal at the time of the attempts for reimbursement and inquired if I wanted it. I said, "No, I just want my money back." She then said that it would otherwise go to waste, so I said sure I'd take it. The manager in the process of reimbursement HAD THE AUDACITY to tell me that if I took the food, she would not reimburse me. So I said I did not want it. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn't know how to reimburse my money because of the system or something. So in the end, they did not give me my money back! I am GREATLY disappointed. I eat at Patachou often, and I have never had such bad service. This is unacceptable, especially coming from a manager (she told me she was also the GM). I will never dine at this location again.
The worst part of this experience is that there was no offer for my inconvenience. One of the young ladies offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited, but the fact that the GM expected me to pay after all this time is unreasonable. The fact that she also didn't show her face until I asked for my money back was also unacceptable. She was by far the worst part of this experience.
I just looked at my other review about a bad time with the customer service from Public Greens. I guess customer service is not Patachou's top priority. Their food is great, but I will strongly reconsider dining at any of their other locations at this time.
To the response about my ordering being through Door Dash. Please see the photo attached in reference to the point of contact for concerns. It is the restaurant in which I attempted to pick the food up from. I SPECIFICALLY did not order from door dash because the location is was at, at the time of ordering kept defaulting to a different Patachou. Thus, I ordered through the Cafe Patachou webpage. As such, it is Cafe Patachou's job to figure out reimbursements if it chooses to use Door Dash as a back door app. Despite this, it does not excuse Cafe Patachou's lack of concern for customer needs.

While we are sorry you had to wait longer than expected for your order and felt our staff was not meeting your expectations when dealing with this situation, it was during a peak time at the location and Door Dash times are not always accurate. We were unable to provide a refund because it was an order through Door Dash.If you wish to receive a refund for a Door Dash order, you must contact Door Dash since the payment is processed through them and not directly through our Cafes. We hope this clears up any miscommunication in regards to your order.

What a great place for Breakfast and Brunch! My wife Cris, who is a native of Indiana and I (a recent transplant from Massachusetts). We love Patachou! Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is great and atmosphere to match!

Great relaxing environment with plenty if private space for meetings or smaller gatherings. Coffee is good too!
