I would not recommend booking with them. I scheduled with them a month before pickup and had a confirmed appointment with them to pick up my items. They called and cancelled 3 days before I had to move leaving me scrambling to find a new place for storage and movers. They said it was due to overbooking, that they were sorry, and that they hoped I would find somewhere soon.

When Callbox picked up my things and packed them everything appeared to go well, however the delivery was a total disaster.. They sent 3 kids that knew nothing about unpacking. I had several things broken including my glass top dinette table. They also was not able to assemble anything. I have been waiting over a month to get my claim paid and they keep delaying. Very bad experience.

Really bad experience using Callbox for my move. I hope I'm just a one-off experience. They took two days to load our house because they brought a small crew, and the crew took two days off in-between their load days. So they used 4 days to put our house into the vans! They also completely misquoted me even though I told them about every room in our house. So now we have paid 2-3x what they quoted me. Customer service was no help, and kind of rude. I would recommend moving with a professional moving company.
I was extremely excited when I first learned about CallBox and that is pretty much where it all stopped. The people on their 800 number are not trained properly. On the pickups, for my items, I was charged an astronomical amount. Now on my delivery, they don't prorate my monthly bill for only being there half a month and they charge again for the delivery of my items. This all would've been easier and drastically cheaper to just have my movers drop it off at a self-storage. By the way, no one I have spoken to could actually tell me where my items are being stored.
Callbox storage seems like a great idea, but poor execution. Every time you pull an item out of storage you are charged a fee. I was charged $7 to pull a broom out, $7 to pull a trash can out, and $7 to pull an ironing board out even though I picked these items up myself. Delivery fees make sense but the information on pickup fees was not relayed to me when I set up the account. I also went to pull my mattress out of storage to sell and they lost it. The queen sized mattress was missing for almost 3 weeks, there were no updates from Call Box during that time. I had to keep calling for updates and the buyer rescinded their offer due to this mishap. I received no compensation from Call Box. They also did not log one of my art pieces, it was just found 2 years later after trying to deliver it with another item. It has now just been added to the inventory listed in my storage.

Hi Olivia. I apologize you were not happy with our services. There is a fee associated with pulling items due to the labor that is needed to locate your items and pull them from your storage space. These fees are outlined in our contracts and customers are asked to agree to them when requesting items. Our team let you know about the missing items ahead of time and reached out as soon as they had solved the issue.
Be careful of the Bait and Switch. They estimated my first move would take about 3 hours. I have moved many times in my life and 3-4 hours is the norm for me. Because of a bad experience with a bait and switch from my last move, I asked callbox to come do an inventory check and then get an estimate in writing. I have a 2 bedroom apartment- average and pretty easy I’ve been told. And like I said, no move has ever taken longer than 4 hours total for me. They sent me a quote yesterday for 24 hours to on the first move, 18 hours on the second move. I assumed there had to be a type, so I called Justin at Callbox. Justin is the one that emailed me the quote. He is supposedly a manager/supervisor. I told him there must be a typo because 42 hours is beyond ridiculous. His response was that’s what the movers estimated after seeing my belongings. Someone please tell me how a 4 hour move turns into 24 hours. Today I get a voicemail saying they’ve lowered the prices for me. Why? Because you realized you were scamming me? Too late, you’ve already lost my business and trust. Please be careful with this company.
Francisco and his team were so professional and so kind and helpful! You worry when you are hiring someone to help your daughter in college but this crew was amazing! Recommend for anyone at GCU in Phoenix!!
Mr.Branden, Kenny, and Tristan all had had very good customer service skills along with being able to keep up with a conversation and their jobs at the same time . I felt comfortable that my personal items were being well taken care of and handled properly like my grandmothers antique china that has been in the family for years. Definitely recommend the callbox experience for moving and packing !
Dylan, Jordan, Cedric, and Tristian did an amazing job, they were on time, quick, and nice. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to others!

The experience was great from the onset. Raychelle was very informative and knowledgeable. The movers, Justin, Julio, Keandre and Sedrick work together superbly to organize the boxes and furniture. When there was a change due to the amount of items. Justin was very professional about how he share the increase of my storage. All the young men were polite, courteous and respectful. They worked together as a team. The dream was fulfilled. My household items were moved. Due to the increase a new contract was created, which caused a double charge. I contacted Brandon at billing. He readily corrected the charge. I appreciate the diligence of each representative of Call Box. I would recommend Call Box to all friends and family. Kudos Call Box! Moving made simple.

I had this company move me a couple of weeks ago, they did an awesome service, there was a particular mover Jesse Soto that was very kind. I would use them again. The experience was great.
