Had my back deck and front step railings installed by Ottawa Deck and Rail, excellent work with friendly and fast working employees, a pleasure to deal with would highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience having Ottawa Deck and Rail provide and install about $6000.00 worth of materials and labour for our new deck and sets of stairs. Right from the very start, with our initial inquiries about what was possible, Scott S. provided us with options and design ideas as well as cost estimates. Even when we changed the design somewhat a couple of times Scott took it all in stride and updated what we needed and revised the estimates. His style makes doing business with Ottawa Deck and Rail enjoyable. We found the pricing fair and quite competitive and the finished product railings etc. are of very good quality and attractive to the eye. We are very pleased. Others who have seen the final result are impressed as well. An installation date was set and on that exact date Allan M. worked through a very hot day to assemble and install everything. He was very meticulous and offered explanations to my few questions as well. A pleasure to have Allan do the work. The railing around our deck was a breeze to install, and Jayson was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Toronto Deck and Rail was fabulous to work with!! I live in Prince Edward County and couldn't imagine they would drive 3 hours and accommodate me for the needed railing and glass?? Guess What they did!! unbelievable!! They showed up when they said they would and the job was done!!! The quality of work was impeccable!! l might add the job was done considerably cheaper than a local contractor quoted me!! And l do mean considerably!!! Hard to believe but true!! The local didn't have to drive 3 Hours!!! I would highly recommend this company to anybody!! When l having a pint on my new deck l will almost guarantee their name will come up!!! We recently had Wpg Deck and Rail install hand rails by our backdoor. The installer Peter Francisco experienced some challenges in making the rails firmly secured to the stucco walls of our home. He spent approximately 2 hours the first day trying various methods without success. He returned on his day off with longer bolts and after consulting with some of his peers, some ideas to try. After making some adjustments to the spacing of the attaching brackets and drilling smaller holes for the lag bolts, he met the standard he wanted. He also filled in the unused drill holes and painted over the filler. We now can safely descend and climb the stairs to our backdoor utilizing the new and firmly attached railings. We are very pleased with the finished result. Good JOB Peter!!
