I contacted Ottawa Deck and Rail to get railing with a gate for my front porch. They installed within the week and it looks amazing. The customer service was outstanding from both the salesman and the installer. I would highly recommend them and I already expressed that I want them back to do my back deck.

We loved our experience with Ottawa Deck and Rail! After reaching out to them last week, we found their price to be reasonable and decided to book an installation date. The installer Alan came and did an excellent job. The railing posts and spindles are very high quality material and the installation was clean. We are very happy with the workmanship and would highly recommend!

Scott and his team were prompt and efficient throughout the process. From consultation to installation and payment, communication was clear and hassle-free. The installation was seamless, completed quickly and to a high standard. The payment process was straightforward and convenient. Overall, the experience was a pleasure from start to finish.

Thank you very much for the stair railing for our backyard. We love them so much. They look amazing and like they were meant to be there the whole time. It totally finishes the look of the backyard. Also making the stairs safer to go up and down, especially for my aging parents.

I found that the process, from obtaining a quote to the complete installation, was easy, smooth and professional. The tools provided by their website to elaborate specifications was very easy to use. The follow-up calls, for clarifications, shown their desire to provide an excellent service. The installation, started at on agreed time, and done by a person with expertise and experience. The quality material used, and the cost of the project was, in my opinion, very competitive.

I had a front step rail installed this past week.The service was great, with prompt email communication of: choice of railings styles and colours. Estimates were provided for my choice and a phone call follow up to discuss. I was given a time line for the installation and that it could be earlier. It was earlier and I had a confirmation of date and time. Andrew arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. All was completed on time and warranty etc, explained. I am very happy with the results and the follow up telephone call from Scott.

Called them on Tues Morn Nov 12, 2024. Talked with Nhan who was interested in hearing exactly what we needed and gave us a quote right on the phone. Got a call on Nov 13, 2024 that Peter could come down that afternoon and do the smaller job we needed done. Both Nhan and Peter were awesome! I would recommend Winnipeg Deck and Rail for any type of job in this field needed. The two fellows were great! Thank you!
