The railing around our deck was a breeze to install, and Jayson was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The glass railing integrated into the gazebo was a sweet touch and allows such a nice view! Don't hesitate to use this company for your next railing project!

We recently had Wpg Deck and Rail install hand rails by our backdoor. The installer Peter Francisco experienced some challenges in making the rails firmly secured to the stucco walls of our home. He spent approximately 2 hours the first day trying various methods without success. He returned on his day off with longer bolts and after consulting with some of his peers, some ideas to try. After making some adjustments to the spacing of the attaching brackets and drilling smaller holes for the lag bolts, he met the standard he wanted. He also filled in the unused drill holes and painted over the filler. We now can safely descend and climb the stairs to our backdoor utilizing the new and firmly attached railings. We are very pleased with the finished result. Good JOB Peter!!

We decided to put outside railing on our front stairs and we are soooo glad we discovered Winnipeg Deck & Rail on St. Matthews Avenue. Customer service from Nhan was great! Nhan discussed all possible options for our consideration and the price was great for their top quality product. My husband is my "Maintenance Man" so he decided to install the railing himself. Nhan provided installation videos and even replaced some bolts that unfortunately my husband accidentally tightened too much.....free of charge! Now that's Customer Service! So, if you are thinking of installing railing on your deck or stairs or having someone install railing for you, we highly recommend you discuss and better yet, visit Winnipeg Deck & Rail on St. Matthews.
