I have taken my Bernadoodle, Gracie, there three times. The first time things went well as it was a puppy trim and bath. Our dog Gracie looked really good and seemed to do OK. The second time we took her there, it took over five hours to get Gracie back. I think they overbooked, but I don’t know for sure. I wasn’t happy but no one there seemed too concerned about the timeframe. After some thought I decided I would give it one more shot and took Gracie again to be groomed. Because some things were overlooked with the second grooming, which I didn’t mention due to the length of time Gracie had been there, I specifically called and asked the receptionist to make sure certain things were done this time when we dropped off Gracie. It took a little over three hours, and when we got Gracie, a couple of things were not done and we called it to their attention. The groomer was a trainee and didn’t grind the nails as requested and didn’t cut the dewclaws. Upon leaving, I did ask the groomer, and she quickly did the dewclaws while another groomer held Gracie, and then when I mentioned if the nails have been grinded, she said she still needed to do that and wanted to take Gracie back to do them free of charge, but I told her Gracie had already been there three hours and we needed to leave. I think they try to accommodate, but it just doesn’t seem that there is good communication. Also, we asked for a specific groomer, and we ended up with a trainee, which I understand has to occur from time to time. I just wish they had told me in advance that Gracie was getting a trainee and we probably would not have agreed. Anyway I have decided to change groomers because of our last two experiences.

They way overbooked which is what I was told when I called to check up on my puppy since it was well over 4 hours. He was not fully groomed nor cut. However I was still charged full price. Not a fan!

Hi Katie - if you are referring to Ted, the last groom was about a month ago, so if there was an issue it would have been better to bring it up at the time. However, It looks like we did only a partial cut, as requested as that is what was done the time before, and that was not the full cost of a full cut. We also let you know right at the 4 hour mark (which is what we request for all appointments) that Ted was done. I apologize for the miscommunication so if there is something we can fix, we would appreciate the opportunity. Thank you and we appreciate you being with us for almost a year and hope you will reconsider!

I’ve been going to Cloud Nine for about 4 years now. I moved to Whitestown and my dogs got such a horrible haircut, Beth had to fix it. I moved downtown and am still driving my dogs to her. My one dog suffers from anxiety but is always happy to return to Cloud Nine. Rocky and Louis give 5 Stars too!!

Amazing!!! My little Izzy was abused and is very afraid of almost everyone. She is not easy to groom 😔. The level of care and professionalism that was rendered to my Izzy is so greatly appreciated. Great location! Great Customer service and a beautiful job on the grooming. Thank you.

This place knows how to cut poodles and doodles. I drove 35 minutes based on a good review from a friend to drop off my toy poodle and mini doodle and they did an amazing job. Not to mention, they were nice and gentle w my dogs and I’m assuming all dogs. Will be returning here! Yes, it’s pricey but it’s worth it!

Milo at first wasn't acting himself but I called and check on him. He's back eating his Ceasars food and hopefully it's just cause he missed two appointments. But overall there the best. Milo knows when he's there. He's been going there for 9mos. So yes Love this place.

Front desk clerk was very disrespectful I was dropping off her doordash order and accidentally forgot her soda . I have a speech problem and chimed over me asking where her drink was . Typical Carmel snob Update to comment actually it does have to do with your business cause I was going to ask for a brochure but because your employee was disrespectful to me I will not be taking my animal to your establishment . I simply said question when handing order and she felt the need to mock me and said question where is my drink ? Which was pretty much mocking me not letting me get a word in . Perhaps you should have a word with your employee who was working 11/11 at the front desk . Thanks

This complaint is about an individual person, not about a business. Perhaps you should direct your complaint to Doordash or the individual you spoke with as this has nothing to do with the business you are reviewing.
