place is arguably the best and most well equipped dispense in the area, certainly of the ones I’ve been to. The only, and I do mean only, downside in my personal experience is their customer service is sometimes TOO GOOD. If you arrive and there is a line, you can expect to wait a while, because they will answer every question of everyone before you. They will take out a hundred products just for someone to buy one. Which is great, but they should really consider having a question line and an express line. Edit 10/15/2024: since this has been seen upwards of 5000 times, they have a website, order ahead. It is obnoxious when you come, act ignorant of the line, and ask ten million questions. Order ahead, super convenient!

Cool staff and very knowledgeable. But unfortunately compared to other dispensaries this one is taxing like crazy on products you can find at a lower price else where. Not a bad store you could just truly find more bang for your buck and way more of a selection else where.

The location is great. Right in the heart of Harlem 125th Street.

I picked up the Cheese strain, the same one I’ve been enjoying in Colombia for over 7 years. I’m not sure if it’s the same seed as from Holland, but the quality feels identical to me. I usually vape using a Mighty+ and this strain has completely elevated my experience. Highly recommend!

Closes before 10, so get there early. The ladies that run the front desk are very rude. They were paying very little attention and conversing. No one greeted me, so I began to head in. This is when they began to act aggressively towards me, acting like I was dumb for their lack of service.

Charged me an extra $3.50 fee for using a card. Charged me and then tells me “it’s just the machine.” Why are you telling me this AFTER you charge my card.

I have a very low tolerance and have had a bad experience in the past. The staff at gotham listened to my experience and gave me a product that work just right with my tolerance. Shout out to Alex the guy with the big bushy pony tail!

This place is just as eerie as it looks, horrible customer service your "greeted" by rude aggressive security guards just like the other reviews stated. Especially the older female security guard her attitude is disgusting you dont feel welcomed at all. Not all but most staff seem not to enthusiastic to be there.. also they lack knowledge in basic Cannabis science from knowing Sativa Hybrids or Indicas .. Also like others stated they sell bad quality Cannabis hard buds that crush into dust.. bad packagings not fresh products. Also I purchased an 8th and it wasnt 3.5 grams. This place is very interesting lol not in a good way sad to say but there actions speak for themselves. Not an experience at all I'd rather buy from a random sketchy guy on the street then to ever go back in there again and waste the time, energy and my money.

Nice spacious place. Staff was great. I really didn't get nothing from the gummies. And they hadn't have no effect on me. The other stuff was okay. What about you getting some Chocolate.would be great, Keep up the good work

Nice place but check before you leave. If you ask for sativa make sure they give you what you ask for don’t let them push whatever they want to sell. This hybrid stuff sometimes ain’t it. Moves like that isn’t going to make someone a regular customer.
