The technician that performed the annual maintenance service on my generator was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I was having a problem with my generator not performing correctly and he explained what the problem was.
The only reason I gave this a four-star rating was because it is hard to schedule for a technician to come and either do the maintenance or check out a problem that I might be having with the generator. I know this is not the technicians fault, but it does get aggravating having to wait for someone to come and service my generator.

The person that was sent to repair my general generator, who was Lance electric did an outstanding job reversing the wires that were not connected properly. The technician was very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful 👍. I believe that he corrected the problem that we were having. He stated that it was not installed and wired correctly. Thanks.

Our experience has been great, we did have a power outage prior to install. Canter kept the promise and put us up in a hotel. We’re now up and running.

Canter Power Systems is contracted through Home Depot. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I'm satisfied with their work. I feel secure knowing my Genrac generator will work if there is another power outage in my area again.

Canter has continued to offer exceptional service for my generator. Technician Jordan Evans did an excellent job servicing my unit today.

Technician score is 5. Jim was professional, explained what he needed to do before completing repair. Canter service score is 2.
The generator has been broken since
December 23, 2024. Trying to reach someone was ridiculous. Calls were routed to voice mail. It took way too MANY calls and aggravation trying to speak with a live person. Having to call repeatedly begging to get generator repaired was NOT professional !! I paid for a maintenance agreement because I was told parts were all covered and I would also get priority service.
I've never had to write a negative review with any other company.
