I recently brought an Evoque, I got the dreaded red DPF warning. I called Carbon cleaning and spoke to Deen and he came out the next morning.
Deen was very professional and did a full diagnostics on my car and explained each step along the way and made the cost clear to me. Deen had my car up and running in about an hour. He then took time out to check other things on the car for me and gave me some tips on what do to stop it happening again. he did all this for a fraction of what I had been quoted by other companies.

Had my BMW 330d carbon cleaned, dpf cleaned and Stage 1 remap done by Jay at Carbon Cleaning Midlands. He was absolutely superb. He let me know what he was going to do and how long it would take. He also let me know about some faults with the car he picked up when he was doing the remap which I found really helpful. Jay was friendly and helpful throughout the process. After it was all done the car was so much better performance wise and the car was running so much better. Highly recommended company.

5*** from start to finish. Had a DPF fault appear on my Mitsubishi and thought the worst. Called a few company’s that didn’t fill us with much hope, contacted Carbon cleaning and were instantly reassured. Managed to book us in within a few days, they were super informative and the guy who came to the job was really friendly and got straight on with the it. Cleared the fault within a couple of hours and advised how to prevent this from happening again in the future. Would highly recommend!!

I booked in my Ford Mondeo ST line with Dean for 8am as the engine warning light was displaying and he arrived bang on time.
It was a DPF issue and so with persistence and perseverance Dean managed to eliminate the light and was able to then carry out the DPF cleaning.
The car is back to normal and running much more sportier.
I would highly recommend Dean and the company as he was down to earth, explained the problem and gave advice on how to try and eliminate the problem in the future.

What an amazing company, my experience echo’s all of the outstanding reviews I’d read before contacting Carbon cleaning midlands. Today Dean attended my property to resolve a DPF problem with my Landrover discovery sport, Dean explained everything to me at every stage I found Dean to be exceptionally knowledgeable and very professional. Dean went above and beyond to sort the fault and he also advised me how to maintain the car in future. It's been a pleasure to deal with such a nice guy.
I will be definitely using this company again, and will recommend them to family and friends!
If anyone is considering using this company, do it. You will not regret it.

Absolutely TOP Class!
Had my DPF cleaned the other week by Dean.
Dean managed to find me a slot next day. Done the job quickly, explained everything and advised on how to prevent the same issue in the future.
Not just that, the sensor needed replacing. Dean came around second time to fit the sensor and even flushed the system once again. At no extra cost.
What a legend! Brilliant service, would definitely recommend o everyone!

Absolutely brilliant- 5* experience. We broke down on Saturday morning. DPF was clogged up- called numerous amounts of garages in the area but couldn’t fit us in until Monday morning. We contacted carbon cleaning midlands and spoken to dean- such a nice guy and so down to Earth. Explained we have small children and have broken down at a service station, dean made it a priority to get to us asap. Within 2 hours DPF sorted and we were back on the road to Cornwall. Thank you so much dean and carbon cleaning solutions. Highly reccommend.
