Elle from Carbon Savers was excellent. We recently had a heat pump hot water service installed. Elle was efficient and super helpful in navigating the process for us. We are happy with our new heat pump hot water service, its been great!

Congratulations to Carbon Savers for the prompt installation of my Emerald heat pump, especially after the failure of our previous gas unit. I appreciated the assistance from George, advising rebates and arranging everything for the urgent transformation work. Bailey and Daniel ably installed the unit, providing good advice and information about all aspects of the heat pump and its operation

From the first phone call to the installation and follow ups, I couldn't be more impressed with the staff of carbon savers. They were so professional and knowledgeable, the installation was fantastic and the guys who installed the unit were fantastic and cleaned afterwards. But the shinning star from the experience was Ashlyn with her knowledge and understanding manner, always kept me informed and up to date with the process. My old hot water system was old and running on gas. When I spoke with Ellen from Carbon Savers she answered every question I had for her and she was very knowledgeable about the product. She helped me with the process and was very friendly. The installation guys were very friendly and very polite. They were very professional at their work. From the lovely Ash who first made contact with me, informing me the the relative information for the heat pump hot water system, who answered all my questions, who prepared the necessary paper work, to the great friendly tradies Mo and Maddison who were very professional in the conduct. Love the look of the unit, gives the right temperature of hot water. Will be interesting to see my next bill. 😉

I would like to give Ellen a big thank you for helping my husband and myself make the switch from gas to to the heat pump and much cleaner electric hot water service.Ellen was so patient with going over the the finer points until she was sure we understood everything.We found her to be very knowledgeable on heat pump and was ready with an answer to our questions and had alovely friendly manner about her and was a pleasure to talk to.If all the employees are as helpful and experienced as Ellen Wilson the business must run extremely well. I was referred to Carbon Savers when my ancient instantaneous gas hot water system finally packed it in. Miserably - 10 days of 5am cold showers. The team pulled out the stops and within days my government rebate was through and installation was booked. James was first responder and escalated my order when he learned of my health issues. The installers were highly competent and had the system in with no fuss. I had hot water again that same night to ease my aching limbs. I am beyond grateful to all of the team and highly recommend their service at all levels.

Always a bit weary when people call offering stuff but when Ashlyn from Carbon Savers called she explained everything so well I went with it. Ashlyn explained the whole process and followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was running smoothly. Her communication was outstanding. We had to do very little as Carbon Savers organized the rebates and the trades to get the work done. Other than taking a few photos, signing a couple of docs and being there to meet the trade people there was little else for us to do. Thanks Ashlyn for making the experience a good one. Might even give other callers a go in the future.

Brady and Ryan came to fit my new hot water system today. They were very thorough with their communication and had the job done within an hour. They helped me to set up the app on my phone which provides information about the unit. Happy to have hot water again
