From the start Care Mountain inspired confidence with their service. Gagan visited my mother’s home for the assessment and helped us come up with a plan in a gentle, caring way. We work with Andrea for day to day scheduling and she is always responsive and accommodating with our requests. The caregivers themselves have also been great. My mother has made a great connection with both Judy and Jane who are there most of the time. They assist with meals, appointments, dressing, bathing etc. I would highly recommend Care Mountain for care giving services!

I have had two caregivers work with my aunt. Both are good. The first lady has gone home for the winters and another lady started last week in her replacement. No last minute call off so far. Better than the other agency I had before. Office is also responsive. The office lady informed me about the replacement ahead of time so my aunt and I got to meet her before she started. We are satisfied with the company

Care Mountain is run by really nice people. My caregiver is nice. I only call her for 5 hours every day. It is not a franchise so owners are really involved. The owner personally helped me file paperwork for for LTC insurance reimbursement. They do all this within a day of invoicing. Never before have I got my reimbursement so quickly. I will recommend Care Mountain to anyone looking for a professionally run home health company.

I was looking for a home health company that would take my client's long term care insurance with Genworth. They recommended I speak with Care Mountain. I got two caregivers teaming up for my client's care all 7 days, everyday for 8 hours. I have only heard good things from my client. I will definitely recommend Care Mountain.

My husband has advanced pulmonary fibrosis and is on supplemental oxygen. Our Caregivers from care mountain are very good with managing that, taking care of cleanliness (it reduces risk of infections), prepare meals and help him with medication reminders. They have great attention to detail and are with him when I am not around. Our nurse had suggested we talk to care mountain and I am glad we did. I am able to go to my job with much less stress so i am very thankful. Our families are in another country so it is good to have Care mountain's support and we are very happy with their services.

When it became clear that my husband's 92 year old mother needed assistance to continue living independently at home, we did a search for Dallas-area agencies and came upon the positive reviews for Care Mountain. What is amazing is that all of the outstanding feedback for Care Mountain that had been shared by others ended up being true for us too -- our first call with Gagan about the process and cost, and every day that our caregiver Linda spent with our loved one, ended up being beyond our expectations. This was a process we started with great trepidation, as we really were worried that our loved one would resist someone coming in for a few hours a day to help out, and honestly we didn't know how bringing in a caregiver would go. The agency's Executive Director Gagan understood our worries, and was incredibly understanding and kind and worked with us closely to assess our needs and to reassure us about transitioning to this type of care. Even with this excellent orientation, what we could not have imagined was how quickly the caregiver matched to us, Linda, would become a trusted and big hearted part of our family. My mother in law took to Linda's presence immediately, and was incredibly grateful for the assistance with housekeeping, cooking, errands, and help getting to medical appointments. The arrangement worked because Linda was so reassuring to our loved one that she was still independent, and encouraged her to keep going with any of the daily tasks she was still able to do. Our loved one also gained so much from Linda's company and conversation, and really became so engaged and energized by their friendship. Linda was always professional, on time, responsive, flexible, trust worthy, and just truly an angel. We feel so fortunate to have found Care Mountain, and recommend the agency without hesitation to those who have family members who need assistance in the home. We had hired Care Mountain based on the recommendation of my Dad's Orthopedic surgeon's office. Dad had kyphoplasty surgery and Care Mountain supported the post recovery journey at home for a few weeks. Their team of Nurses, Physical thrapists and caregivers were well coordinated with each other, and they directly worked with the Doctors office. We had some initial hiccups with one of the physical therapists who was not a good fit for Dad, Care Mountain immediately worked with us and found a new PT. The management listens well to customer feedback and makes efforts to ensure a good fit between their staff and a client's needs. Overall, our experience with the company's services was very positive. We are definitely recommending Care Mountain for high quality in home care.

We used Care Mountain for several years for my mom. Our caregiver was reliable, honest and compassionate. She was an expert at her job and had a very good relationship with my mother. I appreciate that Care Mountain cares about their clients and their caregivers. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My parents live in Allen. Dad has Parkinson’s and my mother has dementia. I have had Care Mountain's team providing live in caregiver services for my parents. Before working with care mountain I did not even know live in care was possible. In the last 2 years of live-in care, they have not missed more than3-4 shifts! The office team know a lot of stuff on handling home care and they are good resources for all of us. my parent’s day to day care is complex in terms of planning for medications, meals, doctor appointments, showers, laundry, housekeeping, companionship etc. We have found their office team and caregivers to be incredibly patient, meticulous and focused. My parents have someone around all the time and they are eating home made food now which is so much better than defrosting frozen dinners. I would definitely recommend Care mountain to anyone looking for reliable live in home care services for their family member.

My grandfather was recently hospitalized and when it was time to take him home our nurse recommended Care Mountain for PT and caregivers. Care Mountain scheduled the assessment immediately and we had a caregiver very soon after my grandfather was discharged. The caregivers and nurse from Care Mountain has been wonderful. My grandfather can be a bit tough to deal with but the ladies were patient and calm through out. I cant thank Care Mountain enough for the support in a very difficult time. We would totally recommend them for home care.

My parents require care and support due to their health conditions. My mother has Alzheimer's and my father is a stroke survivor with hearing loss. After his stroke, I moved back home to assist them, but managing their care while working became increasingly difficult. We hired Care Mountain to provide in-home care and companionship for my mother. This allowed my father to go for physical therapy and speech therapy sessions. The caregiver assigned to my mother was experienced in managing Alzheimer's symptoms, including mood changes. She redirected Mom as needed and assistance to her in daily activities. I am grateful for the exceptional care provided by Care Mountain’s caregivers for my mom, who has early stage dementia. She lives in Addison. After her husband’s death a few years back, my mom in law moved in with us. She needs 24/7 care. We had tried a few big home health companies and were frustrated – they sent a new person almost everyday. One of our friends had Care Mountain supporting his parents last year, and he spoke highly about the quality of their staff. He really liked that they always had the same 2 caregivers from Care Mountain. We met with Care Mountain and were impressed with the detail with which they assessed my MIL’s care needs and made staffing plans. We have had a steady team of 3 caregivers that rotate across the week and we get regular visits from the PT. I am happy with the quality and sincerity and compassion.
