I want to thank the phlebotomist who withdrew my labs. She wasn’t suppose to start until 8:30 and logged in early to help her colleague that was running a bit late. Great team work! Also because of this I was able to make another appointment somewhere else on time. I can tell the employees at care resource like where they work. Thank you Care Resource for taking care of your employees as that is really essential for your employees to give great service to their patients. Everyone is always very friendly as well as professional and I would never think of going anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you, all the STAFF at Care Resource for making my experience with you pleasant every time I have an appointment to attend.

Dr. Mailin Anton ( DENTIST ) at Care Resource Midtown," Highly recommend " . I have LOTS and LOTS of anxiety after having some pass disappointing work done at the dentist that was not too my satisfaction. After my first visit, I knew Dr. Anton was the ONE for me , She made me feel comfortable in every way , very caring and understanding with a sweet demeanor which is a plus in my eyes , I had some cavities that need to be addressed and taken care of, she completed the task and did a excellent job, Thank You so much , Dr. Mailin Anton......

Once I was complete with my dental appointment, it was time to go home, Uber was called a few times because for some reason they was coming in the back of the building instead of the front but as the Dental Manager ( MISS INDIRA ) realize the cancellations from Uber , she accompany me in front of the building immediately and waited with me probably over an hour until Uber came in front of the building and she made sure I got in the Uber and made my way to my destination, which is home, she was so patient waiting with me and so understanding and so nice I really appreciate that, Thank You Miss INDIRA BLYSKAL...

I am writing on behalf of patent that has been there a long time,my family member has had a difficult time leaving and arriving for appointment at dental dept,she is amazed by front desk young lady for the dental apartment and amazed by new dental mgr who went out of her way to make sure I went home safely,and truly cared about the patients

I've been a patient here for over ten years. and I can honestly say that there is no other place I would prefer to get my health care.

Truly disgusted by the service in this facility. My appointment was at 11.15am . I arrived at 11.20am and then by the security guard told me I had to check in on the ground floor. After waiting a large amount of time inline and finally arriving at the desk, they then told me I had to check in on the second floor. I went to the second floor and was told that the Dr was now taking lunch and I would have to wait to 1.30pm. I waited for a Dr to come back from lunch after 1 1/2 hour lunch break, and then be told they were running behind and she could not see me until 2pm. Apparently this facility believes that taking lunch is more important than see patients who are waiting for them, and will make them wait 2 1/2 hours plus.
I am still here waiting and I have not eaten as I have been waiting for the Dr to come back from lunch.
If you believe this is a correct method of running a business , then come here. I believe my time is more valuable than your lunch. And you will claim on my Insurrance for this visit . I Will never return, and am appalled my their level of care and my insurance company having this company on their books.

Las señoras que están en recepción son las personas más maleducadas que he visto en la vida .
Te hablan sin respeto , no te saludan , no te ayudan.no solo conmigo, vi como trataban al resto de pacientes y no entiendo como pueden trabajar de cara al público .
Jamás pongo opiniones negativas de nada , pero nunca había visto una atención al cliente tan pésima como la de esas dos mujeres que están ahí sentadas, ojalá el manager del lugar pueda leerlo y tomar medidas con ellas .

From 1st to 3rd Floor :)
Today I was scheduled for a dental appointment, I am so appreciative of the great work in that clinic, I was in such severe agony and now I feel so much better. Dannette is amazing, she is so thorough, smart, and she juggles so much and she basically was running the intake, check out for the entire dental as well as the lab, WOW and she smiles and is such a good soul who is conspicuously overwhelmed! Her manager Tatiana is also a blessing. When you do great stuff for myself and the community you have such a high demand, kudos on meeting it and your efficiency. My friend, Paul had a chance to interact with the Medical Manager, Ruth on the 2nd floor, who was a very nice, professional who he was passing information to my APRN Katherine Hernandez who is the best too, and Roxanne is an equally wonderful counterpart in the intake and check out too on the second flood, just amazing! Lastly we spoke with Betty in Case Management, so wonderful to learn about all the helpful services available. In that waiting room we spoke with Joanne, a mother of a patient, who is also a retired nurse and she said the Case Management staff saved her son's life. Chenovia in the Walgreens pharmacy and her colleagues, that entire staff, ROCKS! Thank you so much Care Resource Team!
