We rented a car from Star Rent for 4 days. They delivered the car to our door and picked it up from the door again. The communication was great - the gentleman who served us spoke fluent English, gave us all the info we need, and even advised us on which route we should take in order to have a more pleasant trip.
In terms of pricing - the company was absolutely transparent about what the cost included - no hidden fees and taxes. The insurance was included in the cost.
I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided. The communication was smooth and easy. The agent who served us (Trayan) was very kind, answering every single question promptly and on time.
The car we rented was delivered to our home and picked up again from our home. which was super convenient. The price was very reasonable. The car was clean and new.
I highly recommend this company because obviously delivering proper service is their priority and something they take pride in. And to be honest, very few companies in Bulgaria focus on good customer service.

Jedna z najlepszych wypożyczalni z jakich mieliśmy okazję korzystać podczas podróży.
Zachęcił nas duży wybór samochodów rożnej wielkości i w bardzo rozsądnych cenach. Na lotnisku czekał Pan, który przekazał nam czyste auto. Zapłaciliśmy gotówką za najem (nie musieliśmy wpłacać żadnego depozytu) i po podpisaniu dokumentów ruszyliśmy w drogę. Wypożyczonym samochodem jeździliśmy tydzień i nie sprawiał on żadnych problemów. Zresztą gdyby nawet to Właściciel wypożyczalni na WhatsApp odpowiadał na wiadomości błyskawicznie (tak było na przykład gdy chcieliśmy przesunąć godzinę zwrotu samochodu). Na koniec na parkingu przed lotniskiem Pan, który odbierał samochód dokonał krótkich oględzin, powiedział że wszystko ok i mogliśmy spokojnie lecieć do domu. Za rok chcemy ponownie lecieć do Bułgarii i na pewno skorzystamy z tej wypożyczalni. Serdecznie polecamy.

Great service and always quick response to any questions. Rented cars twice from Burgas airport and returned them back same place. Approximately 5 minutes to sign the papers. And when returning the cars, we was met at the entrance of the Departures. So 5 seconds to return the car. Always clean cars and best prices we found. Will definitely use them again.

Nietypowa wypożyczalnia samochodów (nie ma kaucji!)
Od razu mówię, że finalnie mam dobre wrażenia, ale parę rzeczy mnie zaskoczyło. Firma nie ma jakiegoś konkretnego biura - na lotnisku czekała na mnie miła Pani. I tu zaskoczenie: wszystko płatne w gotówce z góry (przygotujcie się), nie ma żadnej kaucji (ja miałem ubezpieczenie extra, ale ciekawe jak załatwiają sprawę w innych przypadkach, gdy ktoś coś drobnego uszkodzi...). Inna sprawa, to polityka paliwowa. Nie ma opcji, że dostajesz full i oddajesz full. Za to pokazują ci, że "ma być tyle samo kresek na w skaźniu gdy będziesz oddawać"... Dziwne i niewygodne, ale i tak nikt tego na końcu nie sprawdzał. Dodatkowo sam musiałem się upomnieć o zrobienie protokołu z uszkodzeniami przed przejęciem samochodu, co zwykle jest standardem.
Generalnie wszystko się udało i było dobrze, samochód w dobrym stanie.

I highly recommend this rental. They are much better than the offer of other car hire companies at the airport, even better than TopRent. They gave me a car to the Burgas airport outside of working hours at no extra charge. The service was very nice and everything was fine when the cars were returned. Very easy contact also via Whatsaap. They picked up a car from my hotel for a small fee :) I recommend Star Rent and will definitely use again!
