I have worked for Caring Senior Service for eight years. I love that we are able to help seniors stay in their homes. We have kind and compassionate caregivers that help to keep our clients Happy Heathy and at Home.

As a fellow healthcare provider, I want to thank Caring Senior Services here in Loveland and Fort Collins for their exceptional kindness and immediate response to my requests for help with a resident. Your prompt replies and the excellent staff you send to help is beyond amazing! Thank you for all you do for our Seniors.

These guys saved me (thanks Kim). The hospital released my mom after having a stroke with one day notice the Saturday OF new years weekend. She needed 24-7 hour care. Kim returned the call from the referral within minutes (Friday at 5:00) and had care givers at my house the day after new years. She lined up 10 continuous days of 24-7 care on new years weekend. Amazing. The care was wonderful and my mom really liked all the caregivers (so did the rest of the family). Oh, the other home care service that was referred called me Tuesday morning. I told her the caregivers were already at the house. I can't imagine the stress of having to wait 4 days to figure this out. Thanks to Kim and all her wonderful caregivers.

Lovely to work. I really liked Melinda she was an down to earth person.

Caring Senior Services really helped when our Dad fell and was unable to walk. They stepped in quickly and our caregiver Callie did a great job! Knowing they were providing the needed help really reduced the stress on our Dad and on his kids who are not all nearby. As Dad got better, Callie walked the halls of his residence with him to ensure he could do that. They walked to nearby waterfall. She went on errands with Dad to ensure he could take care of himself on these errands. They brought real peace of mind to us all and got Dad the services he needed and as he got better worked to decrease those services. My Dad and my siblings all agree they provided very important care and then helped to ensure that Dad could be self sufficient again. Super helpful and caring people!

Becky was the perfect caregiver for my parents. She helped them with all aspects of meal planning, helped with personal hygiene with my mother and helped organize their daily lives. We are very grateful she came to help our family.

The team of angels at Caring Senior Service have been wonderful with my mother. Professional, loving, flexible, and everything our family needed to care for our mom through an injury and subsequent move into a higher care unit in her facility. Caring Senior Service will always be my first call as needs arise.

CSS provided excellent service to my parents at Grace Commons in Menomonee Falls. I would strongly recommend them for anyone in the consideration stage. Friendly, prompt, and excellent management communications, especially during Covid and bad weather (proactive in this regards, not reactive).

I am extremely thankful for the in-home care my father received from Caring Senior Service of Milwaukee. CSS is an incredibly well run, professional organization. The owners, Stacie and Gregg and my father's case manager Kim, went far above and beyond in all respects. They were incredibly responsive, reliable, flexible, kind and thoughtful. My father was very close with one caregiver and the management team was always there to cover shifts if needed. As a daughter living out of state, it was very reassuring to know that there was always someone caring for my father. Truly guaranteed service - even during the pandemic! Thank you so much!

Our family will forever be grateful we chose Caring Senior Services, to provide in-home care for our elderly parents. We found their staff, management as well as caregivers, to be reliable, personable, kind and caring. Our caregivers became like family to us. In addition to the care they gave our parents, they would motivate them to play games and do their exercises. No small task! At a time when the Healthcare industry is known to be dealing with a nation-wide shortage of caregivers, never once were we left high and dry. Caring Senior Services always came through for us, and we highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Caring Senior Service of Milwaukee. A month ago we went from needing no outside help with our parents to needing help for both of them, and Caring Senior Service has helped us each step of the way through this overwhelming time. The management team of Kim, Angela, and Abbey are truly superheroes, going way above and beyond any normal job description, including a day of training in the hospital, rearranging furniture, staying late at night to work through plans and provide moral support, and covering shifts as needed during the startup period. The caregivers on our team are all wonderful, caring, high character individuals who are willing to work through whatever problems come up. Caring Senior Service has taken over all meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal prep, as well as ordering and stocking medical supplies, housekeeping, laundry, etc. We are so happy that we selected Caring Senior Service to provide care for our parents.

We are truly fortunate that my mom was an established client of Caring Senior Service when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and we have been thankful that the in-home care has been a key component of keeping her safe. My mom experienced a health care urgency a few months ago. The caregivers stepped in very promptly and professionally---calling 911 and ensuring that her needs were met. The leadership of Caring Senior Service continues to be very responsive and professional. Everyone goes the extra mile to get to know my mom and provide the necessary help and support. Thank you for all that you do for your clients and the community, as well as for bringing peace of mind to family members.

Caring Senior Service has been wonderful to our family. They have been caring for our parents for several years. Their caregivers are compassionate and loyal, dedicated and hard working. They truly care about their clients. The folks in management are excellent as well, personally filling in if staffing needs arise, being incredibly responsive and making sure all of our mom's needs are met. During the pandemic everyone has really stepped up to help and ensure that our mother is safe, protected and well cared-for. They really go the extra mile. The professionals at Caring Senior service do not treat our mom as just another customer. They treat her as a family member. The name of the company says it all--they really do care. I highly recommend them.

Caring Senior was recommended to us by the assisted living and Hospice people. The caregivers were very good with my mother and the company was easy to work with.

Well run business that is responsive, professional, patient with seniors and most importantly, cares about their clients. We have used several services over the years for my 95 year old mother who is living alone in her home and we have found Caring to be superior in every way.

They were very patient with my mom during her last few weeks here on earth. They kept her comfortable and socialized with her also. Really appreciate it!

Caring Senior Service has been quite professional. They came recommended by the Social Worker as the rehabilitation stay at a Short Term/SubAcute Nursing Facility came to and end. Their caregivers have been good. The direct supervisor of the caregivers has been very good -- attuned to the needs of Mom, getting feedback from caregivers and family to modify "cares", able to flexibly accomodate dynamic schedules as Outpatient (or even Inpatient) healthcare or family events dictate. Their implementation of a mobile app for caregiver scheduling and timekeeping seems to contribute to accuracy and timeliness in staff communications and billing, and has faciltated reimbursement from Long Term Care Insurance Currently the "patient/family" interface is web-based; a mobile app may be in the works - - a helpful mechanism in checking schedules, etc. I also appreciated the family-run entrepreneurial flavor of CSS. Owner Stacie has years of experience as a former caregiver (even substituting in a pinch) and oversees the operations as well as being the "marketing" interface to families and to Rehab and Health facilites. Owner husband Greg has a Business Degree (Master?) and ensures the BackOffice all runs right. He's been helpful in navigating/interfacing with the bureacratic morass of Insurance, etc. They understand the Critical Success Factors of their business and manage them appropriately. Finally, their many years of experience, by Administration, Supervisors, and Staff alike, has been a key element. For most customers, it's their first (if not only) time dealing with the onslaught of issues surrounding the circumstances that require Personal Care Services. CSS has dealt with it all, often, and is not only able to respond to needs, but also to explain to customers what is happening, what to expect, what to watch out for, etc. The moniker "CARING" Senior Service is well-earned.

Caring Senior services helped my mom stay in her home with her dog anextra year before she needed to move to Memory Care. I am so grateful. The owners, Stacie and Greg were wonderful. Greg took care of the billing with my moms insurance company, I never had to worry about a thing. They truly care about the happiness of their customers. Each client is given a tablet. The caregivers would write a daily report. Each day I could go on line and read everything about my Moms day. This was invaluable to me. Having dementia, she was unable to tell me about her day. I was able to keep a close eye on her. I can not say enough about my Moms case manager, Kim. If I had any concerns they were addressed immediately. She went above and beyond. She would personally check on my mom and was always in contact with me. I feel she always was looking out for my Moms best interest. Even after my Mom moved she would check up on her. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did..
