Caring seniors has been wonderful for our family. Stauzi was friendly, helpful and quickly matched us with a wonderful, kind and caring gentleman to help my dad a few times a wee. He helps my dad complete his daily exercises, engages my dad in conversation and has made life for my dad, and mom so much better. As a daughter who lives out of state, I’m forever grateful for the team at Caring Seniors.

My family has been using Caring Senior Service for over a year now and we have been very happy with their services they have provided. We started out with just needing assistance 2 times a week 4 hrs each day and was glad we started when we did because within a few months we went to 3 days and then 7 days with 12 hour care. They have worked with us and every care giver we have had has been truly caring and supportive. They have worked with my father’s long term insurance company and helped make that process easy. I would recommend this company if you need assistance with a loved one.

I hired Caring Senior Services a couple of years ago. I use them 48 hours a week for a loved one with severe Alzheimer's. This company has exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, the kindness and compassion they show towards my loved one and myself cannot be topped. I have two regular aids provided by Caring Senior Services that know how to deal with any given situation that Alzheimer's can throw at you. They take care of personal needs for my loved one, they keep the house tidy and prepare meals. The Director of Client Care goes above and beyond for us to make sure our needs are met. I recently trusted Caring Senior Services with taking care of my loved one for 2 weeks 24/7 while I went on respite care. They did a phenomenal job taking care of my loved one while I was out of town. I used several agencies before I found Senior Caring Services, and I must say this is the only dependable one I found in this area. They show up when they are supposed to and do their job with compassion and respect. Without a doubt I trust Caring Senior Services with my loved one’s life, while I am at work or respite care.

Caring Senior Service is exactly what they do. Very Compassionate. Easy to schedule with the staff. Very flexible. The in home care givers are prompt and very on hands helping my wife. I recommend this company to anyone that needs help for there loved one.

The team at Caring Senior Service has been taking care of my mom at home for over a year now. Sometimes, just a few hours a day and other times around the clock. She definitely did not want to go into assisted living or a nursing home. Not only was it a relief to find a service that could take care of my mom at home, but she and Michelle bonded quite quickly. Stautzi and the entire team have been flexible in accommodating the change in hours needed as the situation changes. Since I don't live nearby, it is reassuring to know that my mom is getting the best care. If you are looking for in-home care for a loved one, I certainly recommend CSS.

Stautzi and Hope have been wonderful. In his advanced age and with the rapid progression of my mom’s cancer, my dad was no longer able to take care of her by himself. My husband and I both have full time jobs so while we are available on the weekend, there is not much help available during the weekdays. I reached out to CSS last Tuesday and Stautzi was able to fit us in for a consult that evening. She answered all of our questions and ensured us that my mom would be well taken care of. We met Hope a few days later and Stautzi helped us ensure care would be available the following Monday (it could have been sooner but trying to reach the VA about benefits took longer than we hoped). Upon visiting this evening after work my parents delighted in how much they like hope and how happy my dad was to have good help available so soon. We are grateful to have come across this company and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their elderly loved ones.

My dad has had in-home caregivers from Caring Senior Services for nearly a year now. They have been professional, flexible, and easy to work with. As his needs have changed, it has been easy to adjust the level of care and the services provided. The scheduling staff is a quick phone call or text away and is quick to respond. Of course, there have been some hiccups, as one would expect when working with people and changing healthcare needs. But the level of personal, understanding communication has meant that there has never been an issue we haven’t been able to solve. Stautzi and her staff have become friends and colleagues in the continuing work of providing excellent customized care for my father.

Caregivers are responsible and go above and beyond what is requested.. All caregivers show up in a timely fashion and behave very professionally. Because of Caring Senior Service, my husband and I are able to stay in our own home and maintain our lifestyle.

Michelle and Statzi are angels on Earth! After losing my mom to cancer and my dads sudden progression of his Alzheimer’s/Dementia. I returned home to Texas from Virginia while my husband was deployed for 9 months to care for dad and help him move, sell the house, and his furniture. Over time, dads needs were growing faster than we could get him moved and I knew I needed help. I called several places, but Caring Senior Service was the only company that answered their phone and took the time to answer all my questions. They immediately got me set up with their office manager, Statzi. Statzi immediately set up an appointment and assessed our needs holistically for both my dad and myself, to help in every way possible. The ease of communication between her, the caregiver Michelle, and myself was so appreciated. I especially liked that the communication was very thorough with follow ups and follow throughs when I had changes or needs. I was always included. Michelle was absolutely like having another family member there to help. She went above and beyond to meet my dad with what activities he liked to do, which consisted of doing yard work outside.. Michelle was more than happy to roll up her sleeves and help while keeping him hydrated. The house was always spotless, dads groceries were always restocked, and she took him to appointments in town when I was working. I especially appreciated when she would always make sure the sheets were clean, the bathroom towels were washed, and everything was ready to use for visitors in the guest room when anyone would stay for the weekends. Again, she didn’t have to do that, but the passion for her work and her caring demeanor for my father and our whole family was felt. Thank you Michelle! My entire family appreciates you all from the bottom of our hearts for the work you did for us. Words cannot even express the blessing you were during this difficult time of transition. I really appreciated that you also took care of me by supporting me through this process. I have used this company for two years now and I will continue to use them! I needed someone to help take care of my mom while I went out of town and Stauzi has come through for me everytime! She had Alexis and Abby come help my mom this time and they were great! My mom talked about what a great job they did! I feel so comfortable with whoever Stauzi sends. She has a great team! This is a great company and I recommend them.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We weren't expecting to need private Senior care for our Mother so our need was urgent. I panicked and reached out to Stautzi, not knowing what to expect. Not only did Stautzi respond immediately, she came to my office to meet me in person to make sure she learned everything about our Mother and our unique circumstance. She had someone placed with our Mother on that very same day. Since then, Stautzi and her team of caregivers have been an absolute blessing. These folks genuinely care about Senior care and have the utmost respect for the family and most importantly, the Senior in their care. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Great support and really caring provider. They look at the whole person and work within their disability to give them support they need to assist their independent living.

We have been so lucky to have the stellar Caring Senior Services help us with our aging parents' care. Specifically, Stautzi and Ramyra (and her girls) have been at my parents' side at a moments notice and treated my father with dignity and respect for his last year with us. Their team joined our family at a critical time and providing us much needed peace of mind. They have been consistent, compassionate , responsive, and have provided the very best and loving care.

Caring Senior Service has worked overtime to ensure I get the personal care and home maintenance I need with a smile. When my caregiver was unable to come twice, a staff member came to assist me. The caregivers are pleasent and a pleasure to have in my home.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Stautzie is phenomenal supervisor - always there for us when we needed extra caregiver hours. Michelle and Kaci were wonderful companions to wife - helping her through bathing/dressing process. Couldn't ask for better service all around.
