Satisfaction with Caregivers
Caring Senior Service NE Florida provided in-home care for me for two months. Over that time, I had many interactions with Agency management. My greatest concern was the hour to hour interaction with the caregiver. Management is interested in assuring that clients are satisfied with the caregiver, and when a caregiver is determined to be incompatible, for whatever reason, a different caregiver is promptly assigned to assure client satisfaction. That in my opinion is one of the greatest strengths of this Agency.
5 stars for working to facilitate client satisfaction.

Very personable, the only company that we have dealt with, this company comes out and introduces to you and your family each time. I would recommend this company to anyone. My mother requires total care and this is the perfect choice.
