I cannot recommend Caring Senior Services enough! They went above and beyond in providing care for my father during his time of need. From the initial consultation to the final farewell, the staff demonstrated professionalism and empathy every step of the way. Their commitment to treating each client like family truly sets them apart from other companies offering similar services.

CSS is an amazing place who helped take care of my granny for months. They were helpful, responsive and always brightening her day. I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff here. Thank you all.

This team took excellent care of my brother following a stroke. I hope that they are still available if i ever need them again. Very caring, kind and professional.

The Ladies that keep this place going are simply amazing. I’m honestly glad we choose them to help our family during this difficult time. They all work so well and always made our family feel like they were a part of it also. I will recommend them over and over 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars is literally NOT enough! CSS has taken care of my great aunt for years and I’m always in awe of the kind, caring, committed team members that work there. Living out of town and knowing my aunts health is steadily declining and getting more frequent calls from her where she’s confused and scared use to worry me but now all I have to do is make a call to Britney and I know someone’s gonna show up to make sure she’s ok, she’s fed, her home is livable and she’s safe. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude not just for Britney but also for Lupe and Jolynn. CSS and their staff go above and beyond every day for not just my aunt but so many other elderly people who otherwise would be lost and alone. Those girls deserve a raise because I know that I’d be lost and my aunt would probably be in a long term care facility today if it wasn’t for all the hard work they do to keep her staffed with competent, kind & dependable caregivers.

Company doesn’t pay workers for going out of town to take care of clients.

I cannot tell you how much peace of mind it has given me to know someone is looking in on my parents. They have been nothing if not accommodating and have adjusted services as the next arises.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. caring senior services took care of my late wife, Deb, for almost a year. They went above and beyond for her and always made sure we were covered. Brittney, the Director is extremely professional and knowledgeable but it is very obvious she has a passion for the clients. The office gals Lupe and Jolynn are amazing and have the best hearts for elderly and on top of everything. We will miss her and of course the team of caregivers we were able to LOVE. Never had a single bad experience.

I was exhausted with trying to find a good care provider for my mom 93. I went thru 4 ladies and finally decided to go with Caring Senior Services about a month ago. The staff has been very pleasant and understanding. Being that my mom needs transfers its difficult to find someone who can handle her. Jolyn has been caring for my mom until they can find someone for her and she has been absolutely wonderful. My mom just loves Jolyn, but she only fills in when needed. She works in the office. I can actually breathe at work knowing my mom has wonderful care. I come home and my mom is kept very clean. her room is clean and her laundry done. I am very pleased so far, but I'm truly hoping and praying that the right person comes along that will be able to care for my mom the way she needs to be cared for. Thank You, Caring Services for working hard to find the right person for my mom.

Company did a great job taking care of my dad .Im out of state & company was great to send me updates on any issues along with pictures of fun activities that the care taker did with him while he was in their care . GREAT COMPANY !!!

They have been very accommodating to provide 24 hour care. If I have an issue they will address it. Stephanne is always ready to help & available.

We hired this company to come clean my mother's house once to twice a month. My mother is a neat person but there are things that are becoming difficult to do with her heart condition. This company sent us two different women to clean her House. The first one had a problem with mopping and cleaning Bathroom. So then we got Sylvia. We noticed she too had a problem with mopping. We called the service Norma came out saw for herself the bad job Sylvia had done . Supposedly had a talk with her and so again she came out ( gave her a chance). She came out yesterday, my sister is visiting so Sylvia had one less room to do in four hours . We are talking small kitchen, dining room, living room , bedroom and sitting room. Figure it out ,Mostly vacuuming and dusting. I don't know about most of you but I know FOUR HOURS is plenty of time to all of this. My sister came in after Sylvia had left and was SHOCKED and Furious to see the that this woman had done. She took pictures sent them to me I in turn texted Norm and forwarded pictures. WE Have Yet To Hear From Them. If I were using them for elderly or disabled family member check work they have done closely. Too much money for shotty, nasty work.

The Director Stephaine is VERY unprofessional!
