I went to Carmen Jewellers in Joondalup to get my rings and other jewellery cleaned. I was really impressed by the staff! Umaima was very friendly and professional. She helped me a lot with all my needs and explained all the processes really well. I highly recommend coming here!

We called into Carmen Jewellers Joondalup where we were served by Umaima D on 19 Oct 2024 . The service was second to none . We had called on several other stores on the day and were beginning to wonder if it was possible to purchase an 18 ct gold wedding ring. Umaima explained that they could make a bespoke ring for us. We ordered one and were wrapped in the complimentary engraving inside the band. My wife andwere also very happy with the discounted price. Umaima sad that the it might take 6 weeks . It wasn't .We picked it up on Sunday November 10 when Atesa another charming sales person.served us.Atesa even remembered us from our previous visit. I am over the moon with the re-design of my wedding ring. Atefa was amazing at giving me advice on how to re-design everything to give me the perfect piece. My spare diamond in a peek-a-boo setting is the extra detail that I love. Words cannot express how happy I am with the finished rings! 💕

A diamond had come out of a ring that my hubby bought from elsewhere one year ago. The ladies at Carmen were amazing. Prices were more than reasonable, we were surprised out how affordable they are. I got a diamond replaced, the coating redone and the claws on all diamonds were checked. My ring came back in less time than we were told and looks brand new. If you need jewellery work done that's affordable and very professional, drop into Carmen's, you will be happy with the results.

Fantastic experience with Carmen Jewellers in Midland . My partner gave me a gorgeous pear shaped diamond for my birthday, and I took it in to Carmen’s to turn it into a ring . Katherine helped me with all aspects of the design originally, as I am a complete novice in this area . She was so patient and knowledgeable, and gave me great advice . I was updated at all stages in the process. I could not be happier with the ring that was made. Absolutely stunning . Thanks again Katherine.

Unprofessional. Opened late on 23/8/23 as staff unorganised. Had a repair done $200 later and a few weeks it was broken again. Staff member indicated it wasn't the repair that broke but the next link. (I have the pieces they replaced). Don't waste your money on repairing anything as it won't be fixed properly. They write their own glowing reviews.

Every time we step foot in Carmen Joondalup, we receive the most amazing service. We have now purchased multiple items, including having jewellery custom made and the team are always so friendly and knowledgeable! I’ve also had some pieces resized, re-plated and/or valued and we really trust the teams expertise. Fantastic service, highly recommend!
