Pros:The people are the best reason to work here. Especially in customer service, they are always ready and willing to help our clients with any troubleshooting or changes that clients want made. Incredibly rude employees and company. They will cold call you and question your authority to make decisions regarding your company's phone system. Pushy and disrespectful and then the salesman hung up on me.
