Everything you want from a small business: absolutely competent, friendly, thorough, punctual, honest, fairly-priced, multilingual, polite, thoughtfully masked against Covid. My old, dog-fur-covered carpets look brand new. They broke down the price for me up front and didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t need. I offered to schedule my next appointment three months from now, but he suggested cleaning every six months would be enough: scrupulously honest. Highly recommended.

Ricardo was very professional and provided us with good tips for good maintenance not only on the rugs he cleaned, which were a huge difference between how dirty and stain they were, but also our tiles and wood flooring.

Ricardo and his team do amazing work! My carpets and rug look and smell wonderful! Our dog stained our carpets… and R&R fixed them beautifully. So clean and fresh like they are brand new. So glad I found this company, will be using again in the future.
